INGREDIENTS
Meringue:
6 egg whites
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
¾ cups (150 grams) granulated sugar
½ cups (63 grams) cashews, toasted and crushed
Buttercream:
6 egg yolks
¾ cups (150 grams) granulated sugar
1½ cups (340 grams) unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups (188 grams) cashews, toasted and chopped
