On the most basic level a copywriter simply writes the text a company would use to market or sell a product. However if you are skilled with template design, or website design, you can upswell those services as well if you like.

It is to discuss the project with me and his other team mates. He wants me to collaboratively work and discuss the project with other people on his team.

It depends on the project, but yes generally you want to make sure you’re using proper grammar
