I write blog posts 90% of the time but I just had a customer ask me to write and design a sales page. I enjoyed the project so much more than I thought I would and am super proud of the sales page. Maybe I'll move more into that space! 🤩 thanks for the video Colleen!

I've been working for a number of small indie labels (basically just helping friends out, not a legit job) and handling their releases (and social media) for years, and I am now working on organising a portfolio and understanding my skills and niche so I can start my own business. I'm just new and a little confused haha and as for sales pages, does that include the design process? for example do you have to make their design for them on canva? I've never heard of anyone having a problem with it. It's what you do if you go to a portfolio school.

How long should each type of copy be? Like should an email be no more than 200 words or a branding be less than 150 these are just examples.
There's not really a set limit. It depends on what the client wants. Ask them for examples of what they like.
