How To PRINT THEN CUT Planner Stickers from Cricut Ready Files
Вставка
- Опубліковано 2 сер 2024
- In this video I use Cricut Design Space, a printer and a Cricut Explore Air 2 to share how to print then cut planner stickers. In this tutorial I use files that are "Cricut Ready" meaning they are setup to import directly into Cricut Design Space and require minimal effort to print then cut.

THANK YOU!!!! I've been trying to find a good guide but they are hard for me to follow. You are amazing! You saved me a lot of time and hassle.
You're welcome. Glad it was helpful! ❤
LoL I need this for Silouette. Still enjoyed watching.
I have a few older videos for Silhouette Cameo but I may do one soon as a refresher. 😊 Thank you for watching!
Thanks for this tutorial. I’ve been intimidated when cutting with my Cricut. Would love to see a tutorial on downloading a printable kit from Etsy and then print and cut on Cricut.
Thank you! 😊
I use a Silhouette, but I still enjoyed watching your Cricut process! The last tip about removing the mat from the sheet instead of removing the sheet from the mat is golden!! I need to try that with my Silhouette mats! Also.....this is the best one-handed video ever! :)
🤣 Thank you! 💗💗💗
Thank you! Was looking everywhere for this! You saved the day! (AS USUAL!!!!!)
You're welcome!! Thabnk you for watching!
I have a Silhouette. TFS!!
Same. Thank you for watching!
This newbie thanks you!! I didn’t realize that you need a printer to work with the it.😅
Happy to help! 😊
Ok, so mine just cut around the outer edge, not the individual images. I may have to watch a few more tutorials 😅 Thanks for your advice!
@pamsmith-hogue4011 sounds like you're missing the cut lines. Try using a PNG file. The cut lines are automatically created with PNG files.
This was very helpful ! Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
@Scrapcraftastic, Ok I think I’m ready to buy my Cricut now!! 😜
Have fun!!! 😊
Thank you so much for this video. My poor machine is collecting dust.
You're a welcome! Time to dust her off and put her to work. 😊
I just got a new Cricut and learning how to use it. Thank you for the tutorial. I loved and if you want to do more. I would greatly appreciate it, Thank you again.
You're welcome. I may do more. 😊 Thanks for watching!
A great tutorial. Well articulated and thorough. Thank you!!
Thank you! 💗
I'm going to "borrow" your idea to create collections for my stickers on design space!!! Great video!!!
Thank you! 😊
I don't even have a cricut (yet) but I'm trying to be prepared 😂 Also, I've seen in another tutorial when you click on the lock above the dimensions, it will let you make it 6.75 x 9.25 exactly. This video was super clear, thank you!
You're welcome! That auto size only happens if the proportion o f the original size is the same. For some reason even though I save a document with the correct dimensions in Adobe products it may be off a hair when the PNG file is pulled in to Design Space. I haven't figured out why yet.
Thank you I needed a refresher course. 💕
Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much for your help

Thank you I have not used my cricut yet. This was very well made and a great tutorial.
You're welcome. 😊 Thank you!
Thank you for this!!! I think I can actually use my Cricut now!!
You're welcome! 💗 Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much for this. I’m ready to throw out my machine out the window because I could not do it. Going to give it another try with your tutorial. I tried following others and it did not work for me.
You're welcome! If you have questions don't hesitate to ask. 😊
I would love to know the settings for sticker paper. I brought the kind you recommended.
I have the CUT PRESSURE set at 180, MULTI CUT is OFF and blade is FINE-POINT BLADE.
Thank you for sharing. I would be interested in the custom settings you use for the online sticker paper. I’ve been having issues with it cutting all the way through the paper.
You're welcome.

Thanks for the tutorial! Did your word stickers cut properly? TFS!
You're welcome. They cut ok. Thank you for watching!
Great video as always!
Some questions I have :
1. in one of your older videos, you talked about a part of the cricut (the belt? band?) that snapped.. were you able to get a replacement or did you buy a new cricut altogether?
2. do you have both Cricut and Silhouette? Which do you think is easier for a new owner?
I’m leaning towards Silhouette Portrait 3 personally… but I can’t really decide.
Thank you!
1. I bought a new machine and a replacement belt. I have not installed the replacement belt.
2. I think Cricut is easier out of the box. I have the Silhouette Cameo. I didn't get the Portrait because I wanted to be able to cut up to 12x12. If you know how to work with graphics software the Silhouette is good because it offers design flexibility. Otherwise, there is a learning curve.
@@scrapcraftastic Thank you so much for answering my questions! I will definitely put everything into consideration.
You're welcome!
The sticker girl with the bun holding a coffee cup. Where do I purchase it from?
💜
What settings do I need to make them kiss cut? I have only done the ones where it cuts the entire image out from the sticker sheet.
I’ve seen where you select washi to keep it from cutting all the way through.
You should be able to use the sticker paper option. If it still cuts through you can decrease the blade pressure in settings.
What setting do you use for your sticker paper? I use the same paper.

How do I get registration marks on the Cricut?
When you use the print then cut option in design space when you upload, then when you choose "make it" and print there design space will print the box around your design. The box is for registration.
