In this video I'm sharing everything you need to know to make print then cut stickers in Cricut Design Space. I made a video a couple years ago but wanted to post an updated video.

It can happen. I've had mine since xmas and I've only made 3 things. I'm pretty tech savvy but the cricut software is not too self explanatory so it can be overwhelming to do the simplest project.

This was my first project i chose to do on my own and your tutorial is AMAZING so easy to follow for someone who has only done a few projects with someone that has used a cricut a lot. Saved me sooo much time and resources! Used it to make stickers for drink pouches for my bachelorette trip!

I can't thank you enough. I have sat here for DAYS trying to figure this out. I bought a new printer, because I didn't have an inkjet. Still it didn't help me. I recently bought my cricut maker 3 for sticker making and many other endeavors, and the design space is a little learning curve for me. I'm used to computer aided drafting programs like AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit, but I am not a digital hobby artist on anything like Procreate or Ibis Paint, although I have tested out Ibis. Many of the tools and commands on digital art softwares like Ibis and the Cricut Design Center can be confusing for me, so your instructional video and explaining how commands (and showing them) affect the cut is very helpful.

Thank you so much for this perfect review! I was able to design and print my stickers without major complications thanks to your detailed tutorial. I will suggest to others to calibrate your machine beforehand. It took me a couple sheets to figure out the misaligned cuts weren't my fault.

I came here to learn about print and cut. I chose your video because I could see that you are using multi-layered images which is what I am trying to do. So...what did I learn aside from exactly how to use print then cut (flatten!) how I wanted?
1) change the color of the canvas!! Wha??
2) offset. Um, yes please!
3) contour - for real!! My machine was always cutting out these little things I wasn't expecting. I tried to weld shapes together to combat this problem. 🤦♀
4) Use the align-center function to line up layers! Oh my goodness, I was zooming in and eyeballing them. And here it was SO easy...
Best 20 minutes I've spent learning Cricut EVER! Thank you.
Kayla, loved your video! Being a teacher, I love explicit instructions :) If you want your stickers to cut all the way through the paper, can you just cut normally (making each sticker an individual instead of a sheet of stickers?)

What kind of epoxy do you recommend for making the stickers truly waterproof? Do you think you could make a video on that? Or even an Insta stories video?
Are these stickers not waterproof?
@@annemariedeaville1049 no, they are water resistant so they will last longer when getting them wet but if you were to soak it in water, it would ruin it. I still haven't found a true method to make stickers truly water proof.

I have up on using my glossy sticker sheets since my Cricut explorer doesn’t want to cut because it can’t read the lines , but you mentioned the scotch tape ! Life saver , I’m gonna give it another try ❤️

I don't have a Cricut, just doing pre-purchase research and this was exactly what I was after. Adding an offset around the image is what I was trying to find since I plan on making waterslide decal logos for guitars.

I was honestly thinking about selling my Cricut if this didn’t work. I’m pretty good with understanding DS, but couldn’t quite get the whole print and cut feature. I will try another design. I ordered the glossy sticker paper you used, I hope my Explorer will read it.
