I've been listening to this EVERY day for the last month or so. I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am for you. I cannot listen to a lot of guided meditations either because of the music or the creepy, whispering voice. Your voice is calm and soothing. Thank you for your time and generosity.
Parkinson's disease can cause discomfort and pain, as well as long-term diabetes, but with this meditation (I think for about the first or second time) I found relief. Judging from the comments, I would say that it was effective for most people. Thank you once again.
Thank u so much for this, my man has meditated for yrs and I never did but while in pain tonight he made me try it, and I fell asleep in peace before it ended....(obviously written by the bf but we used her phone lol}
I think for most people taking action, don't wait too long to react in a brave mindset, with the appropiate remedies; such as your usual pain medication, your anxiety medication, treat any drift towards hypoglycemia, treat and relieve any feelings of discomfort, such as itching,etc.,etc. Realize that physical pains can be varied in many intensities and types and they occur frequently as we age but do not mean that this is our moment to die and relief will come by us taking bravely our own proper reactions! Or with help, if you need it!
How does one "visualize" the pain dissipating? Is it like a muscle relaxing? Heat leaving the pain area (outwards in all directions)? Air flowing back out the way it came in?
There's no right or wrong way. I generally go with the first images that come to mind when the guide gives me a prompt, and stick with that for the practice.
@@DeclutterTheMind OMGOSH this is the first time I use your channel. I suffer from diabetes and sometimes have pain in my knees and lower back. Now I have over 3 years lost 30 kg of weight and continue to do so and am 15kg from my goal weight, so I understand why these areas pain. When one is overweight pressure is put on the joints. A vegan diet and walking is the only reason I have lost this weight. Tonight 3rd October I was knackered. My doggy and I had gone out to garden with my Faith Community and walk through the extensive forest. We enjoyed it and when I got home I felt great for a few hours and then the pain returned after dinner. I meditate every night using different or sometimes my favorite sleep meditation. I started at 21.45pm it was short and i felt tired afterwards so I went to sleep. At 11.30pm I took my Belgian Malenoir out for a wee. I went out with him to throw ball and do some breathing. I felt as if I had slept for 10 hours and honestly I can take on the world at thus hour, but won't. I will repeat this meditation every night and see if I can restore my energy and relieve pain daily because it gets me down. You are amazing. I will promote you on all my social media pages now! I find UA-cam and the internet resources mostly garbage, but now and then the algorithm works in my favour. I seriously think my phone hears me speak or knows what time thinking, scary shyt, but finding video's that actually change people's lives is priceless. I'll let you know in 14 days what my findings are. So excited. Good painless sleep is key in my life. Thanks dude. There's something in your voice that's almost demanding my subconscious....????
Good voice, however, the breathing loop section is not a logical progression. By that I mean if you are taking a proper belly breath, trying to send all this through the hands then down through the feet etc. gets convoluted. This is not the first practice I've noticed this on. I have to shake myself free, then start at the toes (since we know the skin breathes), taking in more air at the belly inhaling all the way to the top of my head, then letting the out breath flow down progressively on its natural journey back down through the toes. Just a suggestion...
I like the silence myself, but would prefer shorter times between the guiding. If I did want music would probably play my own softly enough to hear the voice

I experienced the same sort of disconnect and resorted to my own natural path.
I had the same problem and resorted to my own natural progressive path.
Thank you 🙏 Amen 🙏 Hope for less pain 🤲❤️🩹

Good suggestion although receiving great benefit as is. ❤
Would've been better with some soft music in the background instead of dead silence
I like the silence myself, but would prefer shorter times between the guiding. If I did want music would probably play my own softly enough to hear the voice
