Growing up with a single mom who was always in her masculine energy, kind of made me fear men and the damage they can do so it naturally made me be lean more into my masculine energy so I knew I had the control. But as I met the man God destined me to be with, regardless of our hardships and disputes because of my “masculinity” I finally was able to trust, And tap in into my femininity and the power that it holds is so much greater than what people think it does. It’s is very freeing. And it feels very good to have power and gentleness and love all at the same time. Loved this vid Liz! So on point with everything ✨

I recently tapped into feminine energy
I started with self-care. Now everything i do (getting dolled up, getting ready dress up, self care, skincare working on myself) i respecting myself. That's how other PPL treat you right and respect you to match your level. Mindset shift is also important.i say/write/listen things like I'm goddess, i deserve good things, I'm loved by God, I'm the best. Really helped. Still some changes remaining.

I'm so glad I clicked on this video, this is a gem! I've just realized I've been living in my masculine energy almost my entire life. Even the way I dress is very masculine, I just feel very self conscious and uncomfortable when I embrace my feminine side. I feel like everyone is staring at me, objectifying me or is going to think less of me. I feel powerless, afraid, targeted. Of course, now I know this is all because of that unhealed inner child. Thank you so much for this video, you have no idea how helpful and eye opening it was for me!

Anyway, random fun fact: today I was searching about feminine and masculine energy and how to be in flow with my feminine energy and you mentioned it, I was super excited about that. Once again, thank you queen.

i would also like to add that you shouldn't rush into but instead, take it step by step. if you feel a certain emotion like sadness, feel it. because if you keep bottling your negative emotions, it will hit you later on even harder. sometimes there are moments were you wish you were more confident or said how you truly felt but didn't, and end up feel sad or angry. you have every right to feel like that. if slowly get to understand and know yourself, slowly but surly. you will be the person you want to be day after day.

I was a femine girl before but had a very bad trauma about SA then after 15 I became so masculine. My body changed my voice got deeper because I worked out a lot. I healed that trauma after that now I'm trying to become more feminine and like you said a balance between. I'm trying on that..

High baby, I know it feel confusing healing your inner child while you are 14. First of all I am so sorry for what have gone through or are going through.
You can heal your innerchild feeling your emotions and being kind for yourself. Sticking up for yourself. Maybe it's easier to view it this way: think of someone you love and trust sooo much! For example your best best friend who has always been there for you. Your best friend would never let you down and makes you feel SAFE and PROTECTED! safe to be yourself, to express yourself and you give her the same BACK. Now these feelings and love that you receive or are supposed to receive (from parental figure, friends). YOU GIVE YOURSELF. you become your own 'bestfriend' 'parent'. And that is healing your innerchild. YOU choose yourself and give yourself all the love and care
