    Ty for showing this. My daughter is into succulents but they creep me out. She gave me a pattern book full of them but you made it easy. She has a real string and it is one of her favs.

    While the directions look simple to follow, the only yarn I had on hand was medium weight 100% acrylic. It simply would not work for the pom pom knot. Going to try again with the heavier weight wool yarn in the video. So far, only tried crocheting granny squares, so still very much a beginner. Going to come back to this project

      @MoaraCrochet  2 роки тому

      Yes I agree a thicker yarn may work better for you. Love to hear that you are going beyond the granny square to try new techniques. Enjoy. Love Roseanna.

    This is awesome! I never thought of this. Our crazy weather and humidity and Arkansas it's hard to keep indoor plants. None of them survive. This is a great idea. I will have to try this.

    How do you keep your loops loose enough to slip the yarn through all 11 of them? I’ve been trying this for a good half hour and my hook is still getting stuck in the middle of my loops

    • @MoaraCrochet
      @MoaraCrochet  2 роки тому +2

      The trick is to loosen your tension with your working yarn and turn your hook slightly down (as if pointing to the ground and pull up vertically) to bring your hooks through all 11 loops. I hope this helps. Love Roseanna x

      Yarn Brand: Circulo Yarn (100% Brazilian Virgin Cotton) - Color: Green
      Size: Website doesn't say but I assume 3 is the yarn size since recommended hook is 2.25 mm (B-1) to 4 mm (G-6)
      Hook Size: 3 mm
      it's in the description! 😁👍
