Thank you for this easy to follow tutorial. I had a little trouble sewing the succulent together so I started with a row of single crochet. This made it easier to glue it together. Turned out great.
Thank you so much for this pattern!!! You made it soooo easy to follow, and it's a quick and beautiful stitch!! I'm obsessed with succulents and I'm going to make myself a whole family of them!! Thank you so much!! 🥰🥰🥰
One of the best crochet tutorials I've seen on youtube. I began crocheting some months ago and this tutorial was so easy to follow and my succulent turned out sooo cute. I just finished a small one and I'm going to watch the tutorial again to make a bigger one. Thank you for making this video Ashleigh (I just subscribed to your channel! :)
I would like to thank you sewrella for showing me how to crochet a flower like that it's beautiful I had a good time doing it I honestly didn't think I could but I did it came out pretty very proud of myself thank you again for sharing . But I think I used the wrong yarn I use cotton and it's supposed to be softer but it still came out pretty next time I use acrylic yarn
Excellent video!! I love the pace and the knowledge level required (ie: no "what is a single crochet?" moments) without getting into special stitches either. This was the 3rd crochet project I have ever taken on (after simple flowers and leaves) and it turned out great.
Fantastic! I, for one, was supremely happy that you went at the speed you did. As an experienced crocheted, I was forever grateful you didn’t assume EVERYONE was a complete (idiot!) beginner and go on ad nausium on how to do a basic single crochet! It was refreshing! Thank you!
Hi, thank you for the tutorial. Unfortunately when I start crocheting the petals, the following two-chain spaces become soooo tiny that I can't either find them nor used them to crochet other petals... could you give me some tips on how to fix that? Should I skip one two-chain space between petals?
@@dinosaur2539 it doesn’t change the fact that you can’t pause quick enough or move the controls to a specific location. Look at the comments, the video is too fast for beginners-period.
I made my chain foundation with 21 chains because I wanted to make it tiny but at the end of the first row it was an extra chain. I made it several times, with careful and always got the same result. Anybody could tell me if it happened the same to you?

Too fast for such a simple project. Incongruous rhythm what would be a great accomplishment for a beginner. Also please consider zoomimg in for your audience.
I think you make it more complicated than it is becauxe you are going too fast. It's too bad because it is a fun project but discouraging due to your speed. Thanks. In any event.

I combined this with a hanging plant pattern I found and it looks great!

Excellent tutorial. Thank you
Very nice. Turned out better than my rose, but that's because I definitely made it longer.
So lovely and easy to crochet it! ❤

If I want to use a Oui Yogurt jar as my "pot" should I make a large, medium or small as you've shown? Thanks so much.

I think it’s possible that your chains were too tight? Maybe try loosening the tension you hold on the working yarn
I love it!
Thank you a great tutorial 🌵
Thank u ❤️
I've started and frogged the first row 5 times now... I keep ending up with one chain left at the end...?
Does anyone else see the scary smiling bunny in the table?!
Too fast 😢
I had zero problems following this. If she’s going too fast, pause it. Really was not difficult.
UA-cam doesn’t have an efficient pause button, and it darkens the screen so you can’t see, jerk.
@@jennycruz8957 tap the screen twice if your on mobile, click once on the video if your on a computer, tap on the screen to make it light again, jerk.

@@jaskiratgrewal6114 Hi! I always begin the row on the second stitch. At the end, I quitted but I will try again. Thank you for your interest!
Hi! It happened the same to me with 41. What I did was, instead of 40+1, I just chained 40 and it was ok!
@@brunella_pucci Thank you. I’ll try that way
How would I make a giant one like into a small rug or pillow?
way to fast!! mine turned out but I had to guess on most of it!! If you slow down some it is a good tutorial....
I spent time and wool on a green flower … it doesn’t look like a succulent at all !!
Zoom please
