I had a girl last year who tried to end my 16-year career at the firm where I work, because I dared to ask her to get coffee with me. Dating in 2023 is absolutely TERRIFYING! Of course people are coupling-up less.
A female coworker (married), pursued a male coworker (married), and they had a brief relationship. She seemed to create the drama, her husband came to the office to confront the man (nothing violent), and I drove the male coworker to the train station. He got on the train, I left. That night, her picture of her husband, at the office was broken. The woman reported it, that clearly this was the male coworker. He denied it. They fired him. The cleaning lady comes in and apologizes for breaking the picture. (opps). They did not rehire the guy. The woman quit a few months later, I got the feeling, she was looking to sue, but they kept removing her reasons.

Somebody I met introduced themselves and told me their pronouns....I looked at them with a blank look, tilted my head like a confused dog and silently turned and walked away. It called after me, as I walked away, asking what my problem was. I didn't respond because it wasn't worth my effort. I got a lot of satisfaction out of "it" becoming angry while I walked away happily whistling "if I only had a brain".

Greg is right. Guys with a good personality get looked over on dating apps. A military buddy of mine looked like the tortoise from the Bugs Bunny cartoons. Yet, he could land just about any single woman he wanted. All because he could make a woman laugh and make her feel good with good old fashion conversation.

We young guys are not dating for most of the facts on this segment but I’d like to add a few more. We don’t date much because of the high body count of some women because of the sexual liberation movement, the untraditional women or “modern women”, the horror stories we hear on social media especially Reddit/UA-cam, the body positivity bs, we get tired of putting a load of effort into a relationship just for it to fail due to the very large percentage of marriage failures, the divorce/ family court is against us and don’t forget the impossible standards of these modern women now and days. That’s why the passport bro movement is big now and that’s why I’m getting my passport as well no matter what the cost.

I know exceptions exist, but almost every woman near my age that I have dated has had the emotional maturity of a cow. I've always had to date older women but now that I am almost forty, I don't really want to do that anymore so I just do without.

I called this out over 30 years ago when the NOW was blaming ALL men for the actions of a top end elite class. Instead of elevating women and their accomplishments, they were vilifying men, and even mothers and daughters were not defending their own sons and fathers.

I saw my first such sign in 2017 at LAX (Delta terminal). I really had to go. Mens restroom to the right, womens to the far left, and gender neutral smack dab in the middle. I proceeded to the mens side. Packed, with long lines for each stall.
I said the heck with it. Went back down the hall to the gender neutral restroom. Any Seinfeld fans? It was like George using the corporate bathroom for the first time. Spacious, clean, flowers and single person use!
So the next time you gotta go, skip the lines and treat yourself to a bathroom upgrade...LOL!
I got divorced 21 years ago. My son is now 23. His mom started our divorce. She was having a long distance affair over the internet. I became very familiar with family divorce laws. I had many opportunities to remarry and have kids but laws are still in favor of women. I will never remarry as long as family law remains the same. I still date and have fun. I have all my finances in order. I am satisfied being single. I have warned my son of all the dangers that come with dating and marriage. There is NO value in marriage anymore. Women are NOT held accountable for their bad behavior at all. Men with enough resources and that want a traditional family most go live in another country where that is still possible. Say NO to marriage.

Not gonna happen. “In the year 2525” has arrived. Relationships are almost done, and their not coming back in the west. Womanism killed it. Hookup culture killed it. Me too killed it. 80-20 rule killed it. 80% of young men are invisible to young women. Their all sleeping with the same guys. Racking up body counts and can no longer pair bond. I quit dating at 40. I was born with admiral genes and a man, which was desirable, but not dependable. I tried the marriage thing and lost literally everything. My life savings, my home, half of my money for another fifteen years +, but worst of all, I lost my legacy. My children no longer speak to me, even though she cheated, not me. She took them a thousand miles away, then got me locked down in one place. Lied to me and about me. You know why young men are walking away ? They’ve heard way too many stories like mine. I share it sometimes, but not here. It’s long and packed with misery.
I live quietly and alone in a modest home and at peace generally speaking. I avoid contact with women that I haven’t known more than twenty years for the most part. I’ve finally reached the age of creepy and they no longer hit on me, not in like five years. I’m safe now and can die alone in peace. The problem is that men have died alone since the beginning of time. We accept that. Only 40% of men have procreated, while more than 80% of women have. Women are gonna have a difficult time of it. They have been used to dying in a comfortable bed with 50-60 other humans they have brought forth. Great , great, grandchildren surrounded by love. It’s a cold dark future now for the western woman.

Keil, you spoke volumes! For some reason this push got started with the Trump/Biden thing. Back in the day we never knew or cared how people voted. Don't know why it's so important for everyone to let the world know how they vote, it used to be private. My whole stance on this is, I'm a trumpster but to hate a relative for backing biden is insane because at the end of the day neither one know who the hell we are nor pay our bills. So there ya go people, families totally done with each other for what? How sad! Everyone needs to worry about themselves, quit pushing beliefs on each other and love each other.

I was surprised when a lady I recently dated said I was head and shoulders above the urban guys she knows. It was a little surprising because I see myself as a regular guy ... ok I love adventure, but I am just a normal non-woke male. By the way she was over 20 years younger. Interesting times. Dr drew is on point. I’ve been having this discussion with my mom for years now. The conversation has been that non working women are worse than working women because often times they lie to get you for your money but a working girl is more trustworthy because she’s honest with her intention and you don’t have to worry about ulterior motives. It’s sad but unfortunately I think it’s true of a lot of women in cali though especially. For the record, I’ve never paid for a working girl. It was just an observation lol.

I don't live in the US, so when I was dating I didn't come across but one woke person. I married a man 9 years younger because I didn't want the problems 40 year old men normally have, such as divorced, resentful kids, lost everything in a breakup, or newly single and just having fun. There are problems with older men. They only looked at it from a mature and settled standpoint and honestly I didn't meet anyone like that. They're rare.

Now we own 3 houses, cars are paid off, and she’s going back to college while I stay home caring for our two young daughters. No, marrying the unshaven boy with a trash bag handle on his head will not get you there, and now we know this crystal clear.
