Great job on losing that pound! I’ve noticed that if I eat more heavily carved items, I become hungrier faster filling yourself with protein and fresh veg and fresh fruit is a really good option to keep you fuller longer and definitely cash in on those zero point foods for sure! I noticed if I’m hungry and I eat an apple I’m actually pretty full for quite a bit of time so that’s something that’s been a good positive side for me! Even though I’m having some carbs, I’m going much heavier on protein and veg. Kiss me fuller much much longer. 10:47

Great check-in and reflections. I need to try that double tracking too. I have also wondered if because I don't really eat in the mornings I am shooting myself in the foot by eating to much to close to bed. Thank you for sharing your story! I appreciate you. 💙
Double tracking is more work but it can be really eye opening

It's hard to get used to feeling a little hungry when on a weight loss journey. Some hunger is normal I think, but it's tricky to tell what's a normal level of hungry, at least for me 😅

May I suggest that you eat more protein? Usually when you're hungry like that it's because you're not eating enough protein. You should be getting at least 30 grams per meal. You will find out if you're eating enough protein your hunger will diminish a lot.

That's a great suggestion. I do try to prioritize protein but admittedly I could be better about it!

I take 1 day of the week. And eat whatever then get back òn. That what my doc told me..and i'm doing great.

Hey Jes! Staying consistent with your tracking is awesome!!! Yay for a 1 pound loss! It is great that overall you are almost 30 pounds lost! Yes I found a lot of times when I was on Weight Watchers you have to be careful if you are feeling hungry because you could have eaten all of your points but be way under what your daily calorie intake should be for the day!

Great tracking Jessi....I have noticed you have been quieter and wondered if it was just because you were super busy like I have been. Consistency is absolutely key. Your body is adjusting. Keep on doing the program and I think you will see the results. I think the points will work. I have a playlist on my channel where you can find all the videos.
