Reconnaissance lets you get damage in and use the ability after the damage step for Pseudo-vigilance. Used this in my Alesha Commander to get attack triggers in. Not as format breaking in Modern though.
Cards are for commander basically
99% are, but there are a couple that have some Modern potential I think.
