Aw man, I would love to see an actual movie based off of Overwatch, the plot behind it is really interesting and deserves elaboration. That's not to say that the current shorts aren't damn good as they are currently.

From what ive heard, the Alive cinematic actually takes place immediately after winston makes the call to the overwatch members. And the recall short takes place before the museum incident.
As I watch the intro cinematic I can’t help but think that the developers are also providing the meta narrative for Titan’s progress and eventual scrapping it to bring together Overwatch. The whole war between machines and humans with the overwatch force is a giveaway. The robots are the trash mobs and the areas would be the game regions and the characters would be put together from a skill pool akin to that that forms each hero’s skill set. It would be awesome.

So what I don't get, is that if Tracers little chest pack powers down doesn't she lose her grip on reality? Doesn't that thing keep her on this reality plain? And if it's powered off she's just start to disappear?
Shouldn't the Mei short be like at the beginning? She makes a report before going into crystasis, the time Overwatch was still together and Reaper was part of the group when he was still Gabriel Reyes. It would make more sense in my opinion. Although 9 years is a long time to account for but it was pretty much in line with Recall which was also very early in the timeline.
this is exactly what happened to her in the lore though haha But the viewer would first be surprised that the video cuts to another cinematic when Mei gets in crystastis, so that'd leave one mark in the viewer's memory. Then he would associate the snowy environment of antartica to Mei, so if you do it well, by for example putting a large shot of the Eco Point of Antartica before seeing Mei getting out of stasis, the viewer will remind about her and would realise how long she'd have been in stasis :)
What video editing program are you using? The video quality is not as sharp as it should be and it looks like you missed to update the video bitrate when you rendered this.
He did in the earliest versions, along with explosive shotgun rounds, but they felt he shouldn't have explosives at all so they changed him for the final game.
I love Winston, Reinhardt, Genji, Hanzo, McCree, and Reaper because Winston is intelligent and strong like me, Reinhardt is german, Genji is like a cybernetic ninja, both Genji and Hanzo utilize the ability to wield the power of the dragons, McCree is pretty cool because he has characteristics to cowboys, and Reaper is awesome for wielding his hellfire Shotguns
