@@majabugarski386 There is no truth that the fascists did not fight the communists? Well then, I wish my grandfather, great uncles and uncle who all fought in World War II were alive, as well as my high school history teacher so I can tell them they were all WRONG. And here, all my life, I thought Italy was part of the Axis Powers and the Soviet Union was part of the Allied Powers. So Stalin begging FDR for help because the Axis powers almost made it to Moscow which resulted in the opening of a second front that got more American boys killed must have all been one big lie eh? I guess you must have been there at the time and had more information than my relatives who were overseas fighting!
And I never said the communists did not defeat the fascists. I didn't opine on it at ALL in my comment.

@@majabugarski386 Taking into account that English is not your native language, I'll try to express myself as simply as I can.
Yes, I know communists are against everything good and humane. The fascists were as well. But the two of them are different political ideologies which is one of the reasons they were enemies.
I never said that the communists were the only ones to fight the fascists. As an American, the very fact that I had many relatives in World War II would prove that point as well as my mentioning the Allied Powers.
However, when I said that the fascists fought the communists in World War II, your original response to me was that there was no truth. I simply wanted to prove to you that they DID fight each other. The communists were only ONE of several countries that made up the Allied Powers who fought the Axis which was basically Germany, Italy and Japan.

Yeah, Hollywood has been usurped within the past decade by self-loathing, radical leftists who hate America. This also explains why there have been so many foreigners in Hollywood films/shows inexplicably playing American characters/icons. The wokesters have no national pride, thus don't care to promote American talent. In fact, they have much contempt for Middle America and its values. But the pendulum will swing back. It always does.

Average Americans are getting sick of all the _anti-men/anti-white/anti-police/anti-America/anti-femininity in girls/anti-masculinity in boys_ propaganda emanating from the left. Americans are generally optimists by nature, so all of this pessimism is beginning to wear thin. After the ultraliberalism of the 2010s, there is going to be a big shift toward conservatism in the next couple of years, starting with the 2022 midterms and culminating in the 2024 presidential election. But it will take longer for this reversal to impact Hollywood, because the industry is heavily populated by staunch liberals. I predict that by decade's end, Hollywood will have pivoted back toward the center, politically.

I think regardless of your ideological beliefs, their presenting of a very strict binary of America good, Communism bad is expected for the 80s but not helpful. Magda was right on some things, America isn't a very equal nation. Consumerism is rampant and our culture will feel plastic to those who come from beliefs of egalitarianism, regardless of whether their home country genuinely applies those beliefs or not.
