Loved this episode but also lived the episode where Mr. grace gives them a room downstairs for a club room, they are all dressed so outrageous to come in and paint it!!!! Each one in and out, back and forth. Priceless😂😁
Where H&M got their big idea 😂 Grace Brothers were the OG kids and the way Mrs. Slocomb booted that door you’d think she was keeping out Frankenstein 😂😂😂😂
I agree!!!!! I love the lay out of the apartment, I imagine I'm in London, maybe a flat, and this is my apartment. It doesn't take much to entertain me and with TV shows today, I keep looking at British Comedy. It never gets old and I'm unanimous in that😂💂☕🌧️

I always wondered why Mrs. Slocombe was ready for bed so early, considering the store normally closed at 5:30 but Mr. Grace closed it early in this episode.
I love British comedy! In the 80's and 90's We would get these on Channel 13 and UHF. Monty Python's Flying Circus would be on late at night. Are you being Served, keeping Up Appearances, The Young Ones, Fawlty Towers. All of these amazing shows !

Well a twin is half of a king, and since she said that the bed was half of a queen, that makes it smaller than anything we are used to seeing here in the US.
I’m so happy to see this. In the 90’s John Inman came to my local PBS station and we got tickets. He was so engaging!
I wished i could have met him!
@@Kingofallfunnelheadshe would came to Houston often.

This was the very first episode I watched DECADES AGO….
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!
Camping in was great! I bought the AYBS and Grace & Favour's CD set
I’ve only seen the camping in episode once and I haven’t been able to find it since.

I love this one along with German week! They just don't make them like this anymore! Awesome series!💙
I love the apartment, itblooks so cozy. So retro, when life was simpler and the comedy was top notch

Same here, I grew up watching this with my Mom too, may God be pleased with her.
Me too! We only had like 5 channels and this was on PBS.
I loved this show. It's so funny 😅😅😅😅
LOL. The closest that Mrs. Slocum ever got to "doing the deed" with Mr. Humphries!
Mr Humphries? Lucas! Thank heaven for that 25:53 😂😂😂😂😂

This has made me so happy me and my little bro use to watch this show all time when we were young: I love British comedy and movies ❤
I also watched The Vicar of Dibley and Keeping up Appearances. Both were so funny🤣
Trevor Bannister is just the best
I agree. He was very handsome. I loved his wise cracks on Mrs. Slocomb and Mr. Peacock

thanks for posting! This one of my all time favs!
I loved Lucas. Wondered why he left. I didn't care for his replacement. Didn't have charm Lucas did to counter the snark.
Mr. Bannister got a offer for another show, still was successful but yes, he and Jon Iman really got along and made the show better
Dang, I loved this show. Comedy.
I watched this wonderful show after a day at Barneys and laughed myself to sleep.
Well, Mr Lucas is the only one to offer ms Slocombe accommodation. That was very generous of him
I think he knew that the manner of his offer would be too offensive to her, so he knew she’d refuse
Certainly wasn't accepted with gratitude
Ms Slocombe is secretly in love with mr Humphries
what secret? it was a running thread in the series.
good luck with that! he plays for my team 😀

Great show to spend all day watching, but make sure you have all the foods you want to eat, but shouldn't. Binge.

Mr Humpries seems to be a good sport as Mr Goldberg steals his commission.
Didn't they agree to split commissions in The Junior?

>steals commission
This show is accurate.
They split commissions as seen in 1st episode when Mr. Goldberg arrived.

It wasn't until _Grace and Favour_ that we learned what had really happened to Mr. Slocombe.
In the Apartment, Mrs Slocome said the fraud squad took him.
