Im glad they made this. Since i been wondering about this situation in walking dead .
Everyone has basically since this sub first appeared on the show. RIP the crew and later Riley
Dude had an impressively short period of adaption to the new circumstances.

Military discipline and unit cohesion would not disintegrate as rapidly as it does here, but I guess the plot demanded that things fall apart quickly.

@@KerekgyartoKalman Yeah, IRL zombies would tend to freak people out but then so does battle with live humans, which service members train for. That training is ingrained. When shit goes south, you fall back on that training. My point remains: chain of command and unit discipline--especially in a nuclear-armed submarine-- would've remained intact to the very end. Nuclear arms-related service members are screened for their emotional psychological stability; they have to be since, you know, nukes. These guys fell apart the first few hours.
The hell military discipline wouldn’t break down. It easily would and has.
@@tarn1135 Submarine crew members are specifically screened for their responses to stress since being in a submarine for extended periods of time is inherently stressful. No, they wouldn't have fallen apart so quickly.
@@troyriser8074 that quickly? No, I agree they probably wouldn’t have. Fact is we don’t know how long they were there, or anything else in that tiny bit of time we saw. Simple fact is we don’t know how we will act under any particular circumstances. Personally I don’t think anyone would handle it well at first when other people, friends and colleagues, die and rise up to bite you. Training be damned at that second and to be honest no amount of training can prepare you for the unthinkable. Don’t get wrong training helps and you may very well be able to handle that kind of stress eventually but at first second? No. And btw our submarines are no crewed by sociopaths they do react to stresses. It’s basic phycology.
I'm 40. I've seen THOUSANDS of zombie media. Been first on bad accidents. Survived anti-family court. NOTHING fazes me.
But the idea of being stuck on a submarine with your CREWMATES turning into zombies... there is no combination of letters that adequately express the primitive anxiety this stirs in me. The claustrophobia of it.... and I've BELLY crawled in caves with water touching my chest (I was younger, skinnier, and DUMBER then).

@@aidanwarren4980 have to admit, they desensitize people. For the record, I have given compressions to a teenager that was clearly gone; but I was first on the scene, so did until ems arrived and then I helped them, and they finally called it. I included this so you know, I know what real trauma is (this was just one of several emergency life/death situations where I just happened to be there to help).
I was using them as reference points (since this is about Zombies, after all) and I consider anti-family court the worst, most traumatic, most society destroying carnage I have ever had the misfortune to witness. There are millions of us. People are dying (on both sides). NO ONE speaks on it, because "the money gotta keep rollin".
Biggest war in history. Most casualties. Not a peep.

He sounded just like a puma at around 4:23! That unmistakable high-pitched "RRROWLLL" snarling sound he made was more like that of one of the largest known terrestrial mammalian carnivores in the Americas. Has me wondering if the actor playing Park actually made that sound himself or if that was some prerecorded puma sounds that might have been modified through some kind of audio tone filter.

It varies from person to person. Dr. Jenner from Season 1: Episode 6: “TS-19” said reanimation takes anywhere from a few minutes to many hours later after initial death.

Zombie effects on this one were really bad
disagree one of the best easily even surpasses the flagship show The Walking Dead. I can't believe how far they went with the Zombie effects here! It's amazing!!
The writing and acting is atrocious 😂
