Thank you, Daniel. It's all half stroke level free strokes. The trick is to know when to stop the stick and when to throw the stick. The doubles really change over the acceleration but they start the same way as the singles in the beginning.

I have a question on page 29 of stick control. I can't get the groupings of 8 16ths to sit against 3 8th notes as done in example #16. What am I missing?
Thanks a lot for this video but, yes the metronome at the beginning was at 72 bpm, but you were playing at 144 bpm the exercises in the pag 10 are in two bars, each bars are with 4 eigth notes followed by 8 sixteenth notes. anyhow Thanks again
