All the Scandinavian countries have fought wars against eachother, been part of treaties with eachother and even been part of the same country. When it actually boils down to it I think all the scandinavian countries see the others as brothers, the fighting is just about who is the big brother (its sweden).

As a Swiss person, who feels deeply connected to the north, I walk up the mountain everyday, just so I can pretend to look at Scandinavia (sadly that also makes me see Germany) and think about its wonderfullness! I listen to the birds, the wind blowing and the alphorns singing their sweet songs in the distance while eating cheese and occasionally feeding the Capricorns with it. And then I remember how the Scandinavians are always fighting with each other. So I close my eyes and smile, feeling at peace.

I had a floor supervisor at my last call centre job who was from Norway. I was chatting with him on my way out the door, and one guy asked him, 'What accent is that, Swedish?'
