You should try this again but adding a fat layer of solder too the bottom of the pringles can too increase the surface area and to make sure it makes contact with the cpu properly.
Ofc might need to do some lapping on the improvised pringles cooler.
Then secure it by making some holes through halfway up the pringles can to make sure it still is watertight ,some wooden or metal pins that they can wrap around & pull down on.
Zip ties pulled through the motherboard mounting holes after making sure it does contact properly & then fill with metal scrap or screws & some water.
We did this in class with liquid nitrogen instead of water & it worked pretty well, overclocked a socket 754 sempron from 1.6 ghz to 4 ghz, ofc chipset wasnt that happy with such a high fsb speed so stuff like the IDE controller refused to work and we just stuck too making numbers show up on the bios screen lol.
