My doctors don’t give a rats behind about my great HDL and trigs. They are only obsessed with my LDL and with my refusal to take statins. Never once do they mention any of my other bloodwork and the fact that I lost 35 pounds and normalized blood sugar with keto. I have one cup of coffee (filtered) with heavy cream per day. It is what it is. Thank you for all you do Dr. Berry!

@@cyoungledesma 65 this year. Started keto 20 years ago. Have full English breakfast every day (2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, handful tomatoes, sometimes mushrooms - all fried in beef fat). Have around 60-100 eggs/month. I still wear trousers that I bought almost 40 years ago and have the physique of someone in their late thirties. Fasting is important and only eating when hungry - which is not very often on this diet as it's so filling. Remember though - kill the carbs: all wheat products, bread, biscuits, sugars (restrict fruit to post meal-times but best to avoid on the whole as it raises blood sugar levels) no rice, potatoes, pasta. Use mixed nuts (no raisins) for snacks along with kabanos or dried sausage meat or just simply a wedge of cheese. I have one coffee per day with copious amounts of cream (I use around 1 litre in about 10 days) and throw olive oil on everything (about 1 litre in 2 weeks).Cholesterol levels astounding. Good luck.

I try to keep it under 30 grams a sugar a day, but I'm normally under 15 grams for added sugar. I use a blood glucose meter to see how different foods affect my blood sugar. Coffee is my weakness. Weight loss is sort of stalled, but I'm definitely losing fat. I lost 1 lb on the scale, and it feels like I've lost 10. I saw a big change once I cut out zero sugar creamers and zero sugar products.

You are the only doctor I listen to. I'm 67 and I go only to the ER if I'm in an emergency (rare). And even then I am skeptical and afraid. My father died from a statin called Baycol (made by BAYER Corporation which used to be called "IG FARBIN" of Germany that made all the chemicals for the N-zi concentration camps). We joined a class action suit and won 1.3 million for my dad's death. That drug was removed from the market, but others take its place. Also, I had two sisters die from prescription drug addiction that doctors happily supplied. Oh no - doctors are just like all people, prone to the seduction of money. God is reversing my T2Diabetes with carnivore and I'm so grateful for you leading the charge on this. Thank you so much. God bless you, and all.

Woke up on Friday midnight, felt like I was having a heart attack...until I realized it was at the end of a breath I felt something weird. I remembered a month prior, I woke up one night and could actually breathe thru my nose, rather than mouth. I figured something loosened up. I own a BEMER mat, which helps with blood flow, and I created a special program, very low for 20min, rather than the 8min. I laid on my mat for an hour, with the B-Pad over my chest. That relieved it enough...and I started sipping lemon water, as that helps dissolve oxalates. Felt better by morning, but it wasn't until Sunday afternoon that I felt myself...and by Tuesday, it was like the heavens opened up.😅 My brain just feels sooo clear. I've had oxalate dumping from a crown I have at least twice...and the first time it was NOT fun. Had I not heard Sally say on an interview, "Do NOT pull your tooth out" along with it being Saturday, I might have. Now I know it I feel it coming on...and sip lemon in my water. Works like a charm. I also have Sally's book, Toxic Superfoods, as well as taken one of her classes. I've added Mag, Potassium, Calcium citrates, and haven't had dumping issues for quite a while. It's a balancing act.

MUCH worse...... and that by giving up caffeine COMPLETELY (even decaf coffee and decaf tea and chocolate) can have a BIG impact on your anxiety level, and especially for folks who have panic attacks. Also, how giving up gluten can improve IBS symptoms AND inflammatory symptoms, depression and fatigue. But with the "gluten sensitivity" issues..... one needs to stay off of ALL gluten for a while. If you are gluten sensitive you will see gradual, steady improvement..... and gluten sensitivity can cause inflammation throughout your whole body ..... including your joints!!! Is a typical drip coffee filter, meaning the basket type or cone type of brown paper (the non-bleached type of paper) enough to filter out the cafestol and kahweol? Also my HDL was always 19 or 21 range for decades and now thanks to Dr. Berry my HDL last lab was 44! My total cholesterol at 185, triglycerides at 103, HDL at 44, calculated LDL at 120 (high), and non-HDL cholesterol at 141 (high) but in my case far better than in decades thanks to your advice and on CD since 6-24-22 and keeping 40lbs off and plateaued and need to lose 63lbs to my goal and CD has saved me many more quality years of life. Thanks Dr. Berry and team!

Easy enough, French press my coffee and pour through a filter. Thanks,
    Dr Ken Berry.

How did I not know this? Thanks for the video. Oh well, now I will buy some mini filters for my espresso machine.
