A few days ago I saw a huge box of mint condition (unopened) bionicles at a yard sale for about $240, I bought it and took it home. And then cried over it's magnificent glory.
On Mata Nui, I learned that no one stood alone. On Metru Nui, I learned that actions, not fate, defined a hero. On Voya Nui, I learned what it means to be determined, to face your fears. On Mahri Nui, I learned what sacrifice truly means. On Karda Nui, I learned to never give up, even in the darkest hour. On Bara Magna, I learned that anyone, anywhere, can be a hero. United in Duty, Bound in Destiny. That is the way of the Bionicle.
I never thought about it that way. You sir have opened my eyes to what Bionicle has really taught us. Bravo! Now I have a greater respect for Bionicle.
so true, i almost cried when i thought about my childhood being shaped by bionicle,it was the best thing that ever happened to me and now its gone, damn you lego
Heroes can be made, but legends can only be born of great deeds. This is the lesson Vakama had to learn, the virtue the Toa Nuva had to endure, the burden that Matoro had to shoulder, and the realization that truely awoke Mata Nui.
Maybe that comment won't be even seen by anyone, but whoever will get to that lost part of UA-cam will know that smallest UA-camrs bring back childhood and make so emotional videos. They just meant to make some montages of Bionicle, but didn't know that in future this will be huge source of nostalgia. And we also need to tell our children about Bionicle, to get hope they won't extinct once for all. Maybe they will never be made in material way anymore, but they have to survive in our hearts - we need to spread Bionicle soul all across the world.
It was a random sunny afternoon in the spring or fall of 2006, I was obsessed with Lego toys at the time. Watching tv I hear and see for the first time the commercial for the bionicle inika heroes I was in awe. The Toys were the coolest things I had ever seen and to make it even better so was the song, this song and this band have gotten me through a lot in my life to say the least. I'm 22 years old now and this is a childhood memory that I will never forget and never let go of. There's nothing like the nostalgic feeling of hearing a song you heard years ago all over again and when you do it takes you back in time, ahh to be a kid again 🥲💜🙏💯
I think all bionicle fan could safely agree with me... that move along is can litterilly go with every single thing that happened in the bionicle history... I GIVE RESPECT TO BIONICLE GENERATION 1! RESPECT!
I swear if there's anyone in 2021... Or passing this year.. Here.. You guys keep it up, each and every single one of you will make it through it all, I believe in you all and whenever things seems impossible, whenever your hope is gone, don't forget to move along ❤️
Dude I can't believe I found this after all these years. I watched this like everyday as a little boy to be inspired to "move along" to my adult years with poise... Boy I could have told myself I wouldn't do it with poise but I'd learn a whole lot more this way! Any little awkward kid who feels hopeless in this world finds this song just know one day you'll look back and realize you made it in the crazy overly difficult world! Keep strong and remember to move along everyone!
I wasnt born in the bionicle era. But my older brother had them for a long time, and let me play with them. Somehow while watching this video... I started crying. Thank you lego for all those beautiful memories.
Same, dude. I got my first Bionicle and Bionicle comic when I was in first grade in 2004. Matau, Legends of Metru Nui #1. Now I’m 23, but this takes me back. Simpler time lol.
It is december 2023, this is the first time I've seen this in over 10 years, I feel like I'm back in elementary school watching these amv's on the school computers with headphones that only worked half the time. Simpler times, better times.
When I was five I really really really loved two things, my grandmother and Bionicle. She lived with me and my mother and helped us through an extremely difficult time. She passed away later that year, but not after letting me have her old work laptop which I used to obsessively watch reviews of new Bionicle sets and other videos like that. The day after she passed I came across this video, and as the story goes I watched it on loop for at least a week. It became the first song I knew all the lyrics to, when I heard it on the radio I was stunned to learn that it was -in fact- not created just for this video. I haven't heard the song or seen the video in at least twelve years. I'm very glad to learn that it's still here, and that it has miraculously effected other people as much as its effected me.
I decided to watch this before I go watch the Gravity Hurts music video. My childhood was about these stories and the nostalgia is like a drug I just love. Bionicle was the best toyline ever.
“When all you’ve got to keep is strong, move along, move along, like I know you do. And even when you’re hope is gone, move along, move along, just to make it through.” Maybe this song was chosen all those years ago because it would teach us how to cope with the eventual death of Bionicle, and move along. NO NO NO NO!!! I didn’t mean it! Please stop crying! Oh no! Too soon!
As a kid growing up, Bionicle was the greatest thing. And this was the best video I had ever seen back then. I hope one day that I will have kids so that I can show them this video and Bionicle with them. Help make it apart of their childhoods. This is still amazing to look back on so many years later
I look back when I literally watched this nonstop I didn't have really any sets, I had carapar and toa marhi Hali but I never could get them built me being so young, But I always looked forward seeing the commercials on tv and watching videos on UA-cam when my parents let me buy another smaller one I was enthralled, while being so small,It had so much personality for being a couple of plastic molded pieces it felt alive somehow.I look now from then to now where I have over 60+ sets and my own creations and 1000+ parts, I think if bionicle didn't exist I would not be the person I am today, Thank you lego
This was my first bionicle music video. Amazing how after all these years I still love it just as much. Even more so, it's even more sadder since the last time I came here, G1 got cancelled, and now I'm here again because G2 has also been cancelled. LONG LIVE BIONILCE :'(
It’s nice to see so many people love this amv even though it was made 14 years ago….. makes me wish I can go back and listen to it for the first time….. this make me cry 😢😭
I still remember when the very first bionicles came out. They seemed so cool yet so simple! A 20 piece mass of awesomeness. And as bionicle grew, I grew with it. Im glad that right when hero factory came out I started losing interest, because they weren't the same anymore. I still remember the good days and hours I spent making my own creations. So much love to bionicle, RIP
i watched this video alot growing up, and over the years i forgot the song, the name, everything except bionicles. I would have sworn it was a dream until i finally found it again, and wow. it's even better than i remembered.
I was this video a lot as a kid. Bionicle was my jam. I played with them all the time, read every book and comic I could. I went to the wiki, Biosector01, all the time. Bionicle was such a big part of my childhood
Can't believe that one of the best adventures in my life has ended almost a decade ago. It feels like 100 year have passed. From time to time i like playing with my sets and think about the magical journey with my childhood heroes. And all this songs, damn, they still give me chills.....
Bionicle owns a very large piece of my soul. I miss it, but I'll never trade those memories for anything, and I'll keep my Bionicle as long as I live. Lego, you should bring Bionicle back!
A very nostalgic song for me, for a couple of reasons, I have been a Lego fan since I was in pre-school, though I never got into Bionicle that much, but I did have a few of the first wave of sets, and I read about a lot of the lore in Lego Magazine. I also remember seeing this song paired with Bionicle on television, and the song stuck with me, so much so, that this was one of the first things I looked for on UA-cam.
Thank you, this video means a lot to me. This video made me who I am now, I didn't speak english back then so when I first discovered this video it was like a whole new world to me( maybe because it was my first time surfing the internet). Now when I grew up, watching this bring me tears, I miss my old days when I was just a kid and I don't have to worry about life, now life is depressing, everyday feeling like hell, you have to care for everything. I want to live my childhood life one more time. Wish you the best and thank you.
First Time I watched this video I was 6,a kid with no responsibility just living his life. Now I'm watching this after 14 years,at 20 years old, with college work and many shits to manage and I feel sad. I feel sad that i have lost this wonderful time as a kid forever, that "all these moments will be lost". Fuck all, time is a bitch
😭😭😭😍 no way man and this brings me to to a different place mentally the nostalgia is insane, i miss the simple days I wish I could go back, imagine being a little kid watching this, it captivates u and it stays in ur memory, whether u remember u remember or not the toys the show, it was ahead of it’s time, lego hasn’t made anything close to as good in the recent years
These were my toys.. I had at least half of the entire Bionicles. A true owner of many Toa (as they were called), I will proudly remember these Legos as the first sets I mostly every had. 😭💗
16 YEARS!!!, as a child I saw this when I was 5 years old, my god, so much nostalgia, so much golden childhood, my god, the bionicle were my great childhood pride, seriously, how can something like that exist, it is great and perfect, so that all the people who had a childhood with bionicle remember them with great memories Love and affection, seriously, bionicle marked us
The fact that this video has less than one million views after 13 years is an insult. This is some beautiful editing and it is such a good send-off to a beautiful era of storytelling.
"You may look like a hero. You may feel like a hero. You may have new masks, new armor, new equipment. But it's not what you got. It's what you do with it. That makes you... A hero."
life was so hjard as a child, these toys and videos got helped me so much. life is still in a rough place but this wave of nostalgia gives me some hope. ty for keeping this video up all these years
We may get Bionicle back. If more people continue to buy Hero Factory that will show LEGO people still like the action figure series. I mean we got them back sort of. I know it doesn't look as unique as Bionicle but who knows. History repeats itself and we may get the "Inika" Years again where the Bionicle looked really nice and stood out from every other generation. Hero Factory is looking at least a little bit more decent than it used to when they first came out. But just wait you may never know.
Well now is 2020 but I remember when I was A little girl and found this mv. I remember when I was playing with my brother(ofc bionicl) and this song always playing in the background :,)))
2024 anyone.
I Cry,all memory 😢

I found a 2004 Bionicle adventures vol.1
God bless you
Year I was born
Sounds amazing
On Mata Nui, I learned that no one stood alone.
On Metru Nui, I learned that actions, not fate, defined a hero.
On Voya Nui, I learned what it means to be determined, to face your fears.
On Mahri Nui, I learned what sacrifice truly means.
On Karda Nui, I learned to never give up, even in the darkest hour.
On Bara Magna, I learned that anyone, anywhere, can be a hero.
United in Duty, Bound in Destiny.
That is the way of the Bionicle.

Heroes can be made, but legends can only be born of great deeds. This is the lesson Vakama had to learn, the virtue the Toa Nuva had to endure, the burden that Matoro had to shoulder, and the realization that truely awoke Mata Nui.
Shouldn't it be "In Karda Nui"?
+1'd
Makuta Miras It's technically "in" for Mahri Nui too, but it didn't feel poetic enough :3
I remember being a kid and searching for hours for a "bionicle" song, finally found this and non stopped listened to it. good times
The first person that I have ever found to share this same feeling!
Me too !
same
fortunately I knew about this song already, but then it became the "bionicle song" after they used it.
@@WetBanditYGO only for a niche group of kids is it known as the bionicle song lol
I watched this WAY too many times as a kid. Don't know why I stopped.
That One Guy you moved along.
That One Guy , same!
Dude this video got me into music, before I just didn't care what I was listening to.
Now music is one of my best friends.
Penta Deuce same!

Especially if you found out that Bionicle has a sad but grateful back story in it involving Christian Faber.
This video is a piece of history. Do not let it go away.

Go on buddy, I believe in you!
I remember watching the LEGO movie in the theaters and they mentioned BIONICLES. Had a good little hell yeah moment there.
You come back, no matter what Hero you were, past or present, we remember You.
*Live on Bionicle.*
I remember watching this 12 years ago on my iPad touch when I was 7, and here i am showing my 7 year old brother. Amazing

My god the sweet sweet nostalgia
This video is the very embodiment of nostalgia. Even 13 years later, I still find myself back here to revisit it.
A hero."
life was so hjard as a child, these toys and videos got helped me so much. life is still in a rough place but this wave of nostalgia gives me some hope. ty for keeping this video up all these years
totally broke the replay button.
Keep the flame of BIONICLE burning even it have end long ago Legend Never DIe
so much nostalgia DAMMIT HERO FACTORY
We may get Bionicle back. If more people continue to buy Hero Factory that will show LEGO people still like the action figure series. I mean we got them back sort of. I know it doesn't look as unique as Bionicle but who knows. History repeats itself and we may get the "Inika" Years again where the Bionicle looked really nice and stood out from every other generation. Hero Factory is looking at least a little bit more decent than it used to when they first came out. But just wait you may never know.
i will be happy if we get it back
boinicle COME BACK

Aww what for a brief second. Dammit.
I used to watch this vid on repeat when I was a kid. The nostalgia for bionicle and early 2000s music is unreal. RIP bionicle.
Well now is 2020 but I remember when I was A little girl and found this mv. I remember when I was playing with my brother(ofc bionicl) and this song always playing in the background :,)))
Welcome back, Bionicle.
