I'm about to graduate with an Associate's and I have no earthly Idea where God wants me to go. Bionicle has been my hobby and passion for so long tho. How ppl arent using their full potential. Hoe bland it all seems. But who really cares? We create our world. Ppl seems to forgotten their true selfs and that's simply because they care mire about the pressure and others opinion of em. That's what make this all seem hard, all of a sudden. When you're hiding your true self, your inner child, what emerges after this hiding is depression. Its not darkness, the darkness inside you, your shadow is something fundamentally different. Something you will embrace when you're able to Put a faith in yourself, dont hesitate, trust the power within you and create something none else did, your own creation. That's what's really important if you wanna be urself.

I find it interesting that Crashed represents the heroic side of the toa who are searching for the mask of life to save mata nui while face me represents on how dangerous the mission is for the toa especially that they're on a time limit to save mata nui
I'm personally hoping that lego decides to remake the old bionicle system into a ccbs line of parts. For example: re molding the old shell pieces to work with ccbs parts or revamping some of those single arms with better sockets.
whAckAttAck YYY nah. Designs were all clones and unintuitive. All just slapping some different coloured armour in the same frame. Technic gave so much more room for creativity. The only thing it wins in is durability

I don’t see how ccbs has more potential, bionicle had everything from standard inika builds, Titan designs like kardas, Gadunka, maxilos etc, and then we had vehicles like the axaltra whatever and Roktoh T3. Hero factory never came close to having anywhere near that level of creativity
Man… I loved Lego and especially Bionicles as a kid. I used to get all the comic books every month or whenever they came out, and read the other books too. My best friend was also a bionicle kid, and when we’d hang out at each others houses, we’d see what kind of cool stuff we could make. He died a few years back from a brain hemorrhage. I miss him. I moved a lot as a kid, and even when we were half the country apart, we were still best friends. Even going through grad school, we’d call each other sometimes and just talk, or hang out when we were both back in our hometown. All because of Bionicle. I miss you, Nate. You were going places.

@@shawmiserix2839 mostly it's failure wasn't even the toys themselves it was how the story was presented and had major inconsistencies throughout, the ccbs system contrary to belief was pretty well received albeit with it's own set of inevitable cons to follow as well but that's a given for anything, if gen 2 kept with the tone and depth the first legend had in gen 1 it probably would have done leagues better and bionicle would still be going, however due to the major flat lining of story and character arcs as well as plot inconsistencies it killed itself off faster than it began.
@blacktron2 you know if you break down why some of the villains in The Hero Factory series are imprisonment it can be complicated or not it's rather simple actually they seem to be caring more about how the prisoners look than their morals and the reasoning for why they do what they do for instance that acid spitting individual is the last of his kind and when they arrest him he's trying to hatch a bunch of infants of his kind and I do believe one of the heroes shoots a missile at the eggs and blows them up essentially murdering Innocents which I would call a capital offense it's rather simple you can also consider the Beast attack The Invasion From Below or something like that essentially they drilled into a high of an ant like Kaiju type creature and expected it not to attack you would think they would have done seismic scans under the city before doing any kind of drilling or construction work or even building their City to beginner instead they probably just got their landed swap down all the buildings and we're like let's go drill a hole to make room for a subway station what a bunch of amateur idiots even say that the heroes aren't that smart for instance if their creators are idiots and so are they because the way they are robots they are not living organisms they are built in a factory which means they are not a living breathing thing like there victims or as they call them criminals that are in prison for life sentences given to them for minor offenses they are also for their physical and Elemental attributes thus meaning that the heroes scrutinize people for their appearance not their actual feelings or personality

Everytime i hear a song related to bionicle, it makes me kinda emotional... I miss the old days 😭
I don't know why, but I feel this song fits more with the 2007 era than "Crashed" by Daughtry. Not to say "Crashed" is bad (it's badass), but in terms of lining up with the accompanying promo, I think this goes better.
