I totally agree with this. Sometimes the recluter its so busy that forgets to close the deal with you. I think that sometimes its dificult to have a Yes, No or something clear during the first interview but i will try to have those elements to manage my time better. thank you so much for the information.

It’s very important that the person was excited because he was considered for the Interview. In a phone interview we have to summarize what you talked about why you liked the company and most importantly what the next step is so you can get scheduled if you didn’t get clarity on the next step during the first interview then you need to get clarity on what the next step is by using the follow-up email after interview because that’s a key to navigating the job search. You should never leave an interview without one of four outcomes:
>Yes
>No
>Future Appointment
>Clear Lesson
With a Follow-Up Email the person has to confirm or schedule the future appointment. A very important point “Not take the reactions from the hiring managers as a personal usually they are too busy then it doesn’t means that they are not interested in you, the point is they need a reminder”
