Oh my! That’s beautiful 😍 I’m going to try that for a Christmas tumbler!!
Thank you so much! Give me a tag when you try it I’d love to see.
I think it’s perfect
My mom used to say that we sounded like a herd of wild elephants. Can't think of what reminded me of that.
Love your tutorial!!! I made my plaid and it looks amazing!!!
That makes me so happy! Thank you!
Beautiful!!
Thank you!
That is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! But you have to have the patience of JOB!!! Thanks sooo very much for sharing🧡
Haha. Thank you! ❤️
I love this just finished my attempt after I followed along 💖😃
Thank you!
I’m in love with this tumbler and how detailed your explanation was!!! Thank you!!!!
Thank you!
This is beautiful! I love it and the other one you made too.
Thanks!❤️
Love this
I tried making a plaid but when I pull the tape up the glitter comes up with it. Not a Crisp line
Make sure your tumbler is prepped and the mod podge is not completely dry.
What kind of tape is the thin white tape ?
It’s double sided tape, I don’t remember the brand but I got it from amazon
What do you use for your primer on the cup?
Spray paint primer or just chalk paint
@@DiamondsandDustthank you!
That is way too much work for me. I would do this with a double-sided tape sheet. I love the colors you chose.
This is BEAUTIFUL!😍😍 it’s my type of fall!!🍂🍁 I can not wait to try this!
Thank you so much!
Amazing tutorial!!! Thank you! I’m getting ready to start one!
This was a great tutorial! My daughter and I did this today and it’s looking amazing! Thanks
What was your last color you used?
The colors used were
Platinum sand. Dark heart , ballet slipper, and copper rose
What colors did you use on your full fall? LOVE!!
I used 24k magic, coffee run, amber sunset and red carpet.
Beautiful!! Would you mind listing here the glitter that you used. I know you said them, but I didn't quite get what you said. Thank you.
Sure, I used dark heart, copper rose, ballet slipper, and platinum sand from my shop, link should be in the description ❤️
Now that was an amazing tutorial. Nothing left out. Although a of love, I want to try it with extra stripes. TU for the inspiration!
Thank you so much! You just made my day with you’re very sweet compliment!
My double sided tape always looked awful, but I never thought about rubbing it in. Do you seal in between everything so it doesn’t move?
I did the traditional buffalo plaid, sealed really well, then did the double sided tape and sealed again
This looks more like Christmas color. It looks great!!!
If a dark purple, Copper, and pink are a part of your Christmas colors then it absolutely could be! And thank you!
Love the tumbler. Where did u purchase the white stripes from?
That is just thin double sided tape I got on amazon.
Oh My Stars!!! How beautiful is this. You're a GENIUS!! I know what I'm doing for Christmas gifts. Thank You so much for sharing your talents.
Thank you so much! Have fun making gifts❤️
Beautiful!! When you finish the double sided tape glitter lines did you seal with rustoleum triple thick then epoxy after?
Thank you! Yes I sealed the double sided tape after glittered
Subscribed ~ this is gorgeous 💗👌🏾👍🏽😎👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Were can i buy a tumbler turn for cheap.Or were is it best to purchase one. I’m new to all this. Also we’re can i purchase epoxy for a good price.
You can get a turner and epoxy at Michaels or Hobby lobby to start with.
Go on girl with your BAD self!
What size was your tumbler?
This was a 30 oz skinny tumbler
@@DiamondsandDust Where do you get those tumblers?
I got this one from Stainless steel depot online.
What font is that?! So pretty!
Thank you. That is a handlettered file.
Beautiful! I love your color choices!
WHY did you not show the finished product after epoxy?! I wanted to see if the colors popped more. That seems silly to stop it before it's done. Crap
The cover photo of the video is the finished cup.
You said you got your 1/8 tape on Amazon. What kind is it? Can you provide a link?
Here Is the link www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01A7FBRL8?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
@@DiamondsandDust funny. That's what I put in my cart. Thank you.
OH MY GLITTER! That cup is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! ❤️😍❤️😍❤️
Thank you so very much!
When you take the skinny double sided tape off what’s left behind? The residue of the glue of the tape or does the tape lift off the glitter?
You leave the double sided tape on and just epoxy over it.
So where did you get your tape? I'm obsessed with lime green and any shade close to it.
It’s called Frog Tape, I just Got it at Lowe’s.
Will you be restocking "Dark Heart"
Yes!!! It should be here next week!
Could you seal the first 2 glitters really well and use tape to do a guide for the next ones. I think I will make a mess if I freehand.
Anything is worth a try, but the tape can pull up the glitter you’ve already done. I think if I was going to try that I would cut a couple pieces of tape to fit perfectly between the glitter and use those as my guide.
Diamonds and Dust that’s a good idea! Thank you!
Coupon code does not work. It states it is invalid.
I’ll check into that. Thanks for letting me know. Just make sure there’s a space between the words or it won’t work.
is your setup in your basement? I hear kiddos :)
Just subscribed and ordered those beautiful color glitters.. beautiful art!
Love this! Thank you for the tutorial!
Waaayyy too many ads.
Sorry I don’t have the control of how many ads UA-cam puts on my videos.
Very pretty. It makes me think of Christmas. I really like it.
Amazing love the colors
What did you use to seal the first cover of glitter with ~ something treble something?
Any clear coat spray will work. I like rustoleum triple thick.
Do you seal in between glitter colors?
I only seal after the traditional buffalo plaid and before and after the thin lines.
Just WOW!
What size tape did you use?
It’s 1” painters tape.
Sounds like a herd of elephants in your house 🤣
Yep...always....my kids are noisy! 😂
Diamonds and Dust I certainly remember those days in MY house...now they’re all grown and gone 😢 I miss MY HERD of elephants 🤣🤣
Shelly Castaneda I’m glad someone said something because I was thinking wth?!
You can tell it doesn’t phase her anymore! 😂 I used to scream for them to stop....then I was like....ehhh whatever! They’re playing... enjoy the sounds because before long, it all goes away.
DVC050311 hahaha...yeah, exactly, us mommies don’t even hear after awhile 🤣
Shelly Castaneda omg your right! My youngest is now 6 but all his brothers are all over the age of 18....so he’s loud but not the herd I used to have. I actually got a kick of her kids running in her upstairs. How do I know she has a 2 story....the sounds! It’s all in the sounds! 🤣
Mom power!! ✊🏼
Which mod podge did you use?
I just used Matte mod podge, but any sheen will work.
That’s gorgeous but very time consuming.
Beautiful
Wow! I love the color combo! Also, I just looked at your store and saw you sell the shaker containers but the pic showed red lids.... do you carry white lids like in your video?
Thank you so much! My shakers with white lids are the lids that come with the purchase of my glitter when you select shaker jar. The red lids are just extra jars that are empty that I sell.
What brand of epoxy resin do you use?
I use KS resin Stone U.V.
Love it!
Love this! Also something that could help when doing the mix color especially since your base is white just make 2 dark squares on a piece of white paper and then make a square between them on the paper with your mix color until you like it. That way you don’t have to go over and redo anything. Hope that helps! 😊
I thought the same thing about the two squares. I love this tutorial.
Poor color choice for demo.
