Nice video. I have the same car, same colour as well. One thing I find with these cars is that the are a lot of hidden plastic clips that get brittle and break when you try to open them.

Push a credit card into the front edge and push the unit backwards against the tension with the card.
I have similar indicator lights but mine have the sweeping light the full length
