Actually if you think about it
After September 11 Attack, the 1 train was rerouted to New Lots Avenue for a long period of time since the 1 train passes by the World Trade Center

@ didn’t they also change the route for the 1 train during hurricane sandy it stopped at 14st since lower manhattan was flooded
