That Elmo literally gripped me up one day in an attempt to force me to tip him for a photo opp no one asked for. I had to get loud w him and forcibly break his grip from my arm. These guys are scum.
This happened when I went with my wife she was taking a photo of them and batman got very aggressive towards her when she wouldn't give him a tip I rushed over he then squared up to me but soon backed down when he realised I wasn't being bullied they don't want to get arrested for fighting it can be intimidating but stand your ground with them the police don't move them because they just come back

I’d have agreed if you said anything over 10 miles over the speed limit. Police aren’t pulling anyone over for going 5 over the posted limit, as that’s literally the law. You can legally go 5 mph over or under the posted limit.
