Olivia Smith has a terrible attitude. She should be humble but it’s all an act. Trying to recover from the last child not being his. Glad the judge checked her.
That last case...smh. Olivia had the nerve to demand respect while at the same time being disrespectful. As if she didn't previously drag them in court to find out the baby didn't belong to Jovan's family. The audacity!
That baby sure looks exactly like Jovan Sr.! So heartfelt of joy watching the baby's grandma holding little Jovan Junior. Jovan & the young woman made a beautiful baby together, & that baby will be blessed by having the poignant love of the mother of his father in addition to his mother's precious motherly love. Praise the Lord!

For what we heard, it is apparent more than two men felt attracted enough to mess with her. "I provide for ALL my kids"!
Can only hope the child she’s raising will grow up and be a upright and stable man.
With an attitude like the last woman, she will lose that child all on her own when he grows up to find out about a paternal family that wanted him but couldn't get access. Hope she changes
I understand that she was offended. But does she understand that the last child was not his. And so them grandma was lost because she didn’t know if this girl stepped out on her son again or not. I get that she’s hurt, but she should be hurt and be accountable for how her behavior helps shape and mold that situation.

I hope grandma went to court for legal rights to see the grandchild regularly.
Grandparents don’t have any official legal rights (at least here in the states). She can ask for visitation, but she’ll be at the mercy of the mom’s discretion.
@ericamartin7238 with her son dead she can get rights in the courts. Rights aren't inherent but given through family court. Even for estranged parents. Many parents aren't fit to have rights or be with the child unsupervised. This is why judges make the decision.
@@ednaatluxton4918 Hi - I didn’t say she couldn’t get rights, I said that she doesn’t have official legal rights, i.e., any entitlement to see the child. The rights you are discussing are contingent on the mother being unfit. Assuming the mother is fit (while she is wild, we have no reason to believe she is unfit based on the information we have), grandma doesn’t automatically get rights because she applied for visitation. The mother’s wishes are the number 1 factor that judges consider when it comes to visitation to her child and determining what is in the best interest of the child. I only commented because your comment came across like grandma could just go to court and get rights to see the child, so I wrote to clarify that it’s not necessarily that easy because she doesn’t have an automatic right to visitation like her son would.

In my state the grandparents can have legal rights of their grandchild if their child has passed away and if the mother/father isn’t fit (or if something’s wrong.) also I see it a lot in my state the grandparents of the deceased parent gaining the parental rights from that side .🤔🤔yk each state has different laws pertaining to these type of cases 🙁
The last paternity, The young woman was extremely disrespectful in court! There's a lot of hurt feelings yes but as adults we need to step outside of that and show some resemblance of empathy for each other

What is the point in learning who is the father. If the mother does not plan to get child support. Not that the child is just a check. should know their parents. I don't understand how a father's family helps support a child, but the father does not have a job unless, he is incarcerated or disabled or mentally ill but if receiving any government support. The child would still be eligible for government assistance.

If you could open your mind up to the possibility that the times you had, whatever the quality, that it's impact on you is your personal instincts that keep you faithful and devoted but varies from person to person. That being said, people like yourself fall just as hard the next time bc it's in your survival of the fittest nature. The dynamic of equality will be broken with desperate attempts to get back someone who left. It might look cold bc you didn't see all the time the person prepared mentally before leaving so you're starting months later. There are plenty of people like you out there, looking for faithful connections.

I don't blame Olivia I wouldn't want my child going anywhere where I am being spoken about badly. My heart goes out to the grandmother who lost her son but if she thought that might have been her grandchild who cares if she got benefits for him,and she should have been the mature one and treated her better. So with that I don't blame Olivia for how she feels the grandmother needs to apologize.
Reality is the first child she attempted to pin on him wasn’t his, his mother having doubt is justified. Olivia’s behavior will only be to the detriment of her son. Simple as that.

2nd case - The defendant says if the child isn't the plaintiff's son's child, she doesn't want anything to do with the plaintiff at all. And, even if the test proves the child is the plaintiff's son's, she still doesn't want anything to do with the plaintiff. I'm saying, if the child is the plaintiff's grandchild, she had better find a way to let the child have time for a good relationship with his Grandma, or there will be some bad feelings coming from her son towards her later on!!! Child, you can rant & rage all you want. But in the end, you're going to only hurt your relationship with your son. Then you'll really regret what you said in this courtroom & how you acted! You're only making matters worse!!! It's time to become more mature!!!

I think she knew he wasn't the father and if she was in an abusive marriage, she wouldn't have said it to anyone.
