Can't Import .MOV file into Premiere Pro (4 Solutions)

THANK YOU ! I had a big 17Gb .mov file shot in 4K 10bits on my Lumix S5iiX and premiere wouldn't open it. I thought my camera had a problem, but after deleting the cache it worked !

I was skeptical since I was never be able to open MOV files in premiere and I resorted to transcode media everytime, deleting media cache just works, it seems unrelated but somehow it worked lol, tysm
