Here are three tips from me about skin home-care:
1.) keep your hands off your face because they carry more germs than you know;
2.) keep your hair off your face because it scrapes the skin and deposits dirt and hair products into your skin; and
3.) don't use any leave-in hair products or hair spray because they seep down into your face and onto your back, which causes face and back acne.
