The GAP BAND, was one of the baddest, big band sounds out there, thru the late 70's-80's, and early 90's.!!!! You Can Not, sit down while listening to these brothers!!! R.I.P. Robert L Wilson!!! God bless, Ronnie, Charlie, and all the members of the band!!! There are No bands out there, as of today, that can touch you guys!!!

I always loathed The Gap Band growing up. I fell in love with them about 25 years later. I mean, my god, extremely bad ass. Funk pioneers.
