You can submit your videos to UA-cam copyright if you want to stop them. As a general rule, you can use 10 seconds of someone else's video before it gets automatically copyright claimed and as the copyright holder you can then decide what happens. Do you claim all revenue generated from their views, do you geo-block them, do you issue a copyright striked? At least that's how it works for using film and TV clips.
On the medication, I’ve heard of a lot of people questioning that one!! It can be so dangerous for those who have Ehlers-Danlos (which is more common for women). I’m glad you questioned it and got the medicine changed!

I almost died from taking it. I went into anaphylaxis taking that antibiotic. I called my doc & he said hang up & call 911. 911 said to unlock & open door & that’s the last thing I remember. I woke up in hospital. Scary. Glad ur feeling better.

Shelby, try an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. I had chronic sinus infections that turned into bronchitis for months. I was literally sick for 9 months until I got proper care. Try Dr. Hanna Bui in OC if she’s covered.
Second this. My nose would just run constantly - turns out I had broken my nose years ago and it had healed incorrectly. The ENT guy gave me a nasal spray to help with the dripping and sent me to a specialist dentists to work on my jaw which aligned everything and no more nose drips or infections

2:37 fluoroquinolones are mostly for GI tract infections, some respiratory infections, and UTI's. I'm guessing you were either prescribed ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, or moxifloxacin, the 3 most common ones. The biggest side effect is collagen degradation, so the worst thing that can happen is rupture of the aorta. My understanding is that the risk is rather small though. They put the black box warning for informational purposes.
Do it Shelby, take legal action. It's protecting your brand to do something about it, and what they are doing is illegal.

As soon as you mentioned antibiotics and bad side effects I knew you were talking about being floxed. Listened to a few stories about being floxed and it scared the shit out of me. Scary doctors recommend such a strong antibiotic as a first line of treatment
I am a Pharmacist and one time I was being prescribed with 25 tablets of Levofloxacin for my post-op, it hit me! I got moderate-severe gastrointestinal reactions, also a headache 🤡

That’s odd. I get sinus infections a lot and I’m always prescribed amoxicillin or augmentin depending on how bad it is. I can’t get rid of it without medication

He talks about the state real estate markets and her STR had a bad business model for surviving fluctuations in the real estate market.
We have a humidifier on at night and some days during the day. I’ve heard it helps with getting sick and I’ve definitely not been as sick or gotten sinus infections. I heard nose spray everyday helps but I haven’t tried it. Definitely look into some natural things you can do to help prevent them.
Hey Shelby, I just wanted to pitch something for your sinus infections in case it’s helpful. I also suffered from sinus infections for years and years, every three months in fact. And after seeing an allergist, and then another one, both of them mentioned that people who get chronic sinus infections May not have an immune system that protects them from the strep/pneumonia viruses, which are the most common cause of sinus infections. So they authorized me to get the strep, pneumonia vaccine, even though typically only elderly people get it. It really did improve my life significantly. It requires a blood test to check your immune system And your strep protection levels. Mine were low. And I’ve had to get another booster since, because the levels dropped again. Just a thought, if you’re able to ask an allergist or ENT about it.

Everybody should be cautious with the medication they take especially if there’s a black box label on the medication. I actually had a huge reaction of medication for seven months because of medication unknowingly was that had really bad side effects from it. So do your research is all I was saying, I’m glad that your making sure that your medication is safe for you. Hope you feel better.

Shelby- was it you or Monica who used to have insomnia? I feel like I remember a video talking about your insomnia and how you fixed it. I’ve been struggling with it lately and was looking for the video.
I had been on Levequan off and on for years, thankfully didn’t have the side effects, and I needed it. But, after 9, yes, nine sinus surgeries, I couldn’t recover from the infections…was seeing a Mayo Clinic doc~~ who told me I had a condition worse than cancer and sent me home with a suction machine ( back in the 90’s). I couldn’t get the machine to get things clear enough for my comfort, so I prayed to God to heal me…. Yes, He healed me and I enjoy clean clear sinuses and can breathe with my mouth closed.
God DOES love us and wants to heal…just pray.

I took that same medication and now im having hip problems that travel around to my stomach and i hope it goes away but it's been 2 months
You need to live in a dry climate like Arizona or Colorado. After moving here, I’ve never had a nasal congestion and COVID I went through like it was nothing! Humidity is bad when you get respiratory infections - like it aggravates them and makes them worse. If you don’t have moisture to deal with, its life-changing. Didn’t realise that before. May you give it like a trial run and see if it makes a difference for your health. You can always go back to California if that doesn’t work out. Its like try before you buy. Shelby, good luck!
