Investing in Airbnb properties has been a lucrative venture for me. 🏡💰 It's like having your own mini-hotel empire that generates passive income month after month. This is a shocker seeing Regina Louise Collaro being mentioned here. I always had mixed feelings about hiring a lnvestment advisor. For the record, I started working with Alex in 2018, and he manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but he made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trend

@@TheRealEstateRobinsons It's a 1 BD, 570 sq ft. It's in a resort so it has nice amenities. The one next door is on air bnb now, it's identical and listed that it sleeps 5 (sleeper sofa and cot) so I'm hoping to get some families. Looking forward to getting some bigger units down the road. @@TheRealEstateRobinsons Just an update. I had 4.9 / 5 stars rating (not sure if it means anything lol) on AirBnB. My properties were doing great but eventually I turned to long term rent as it was less time consuming. However, I do have to give credit to your channel for helping me out during my AriBnB period. :))

Oh man I thought I knew a lot about Airbnb. I have a friend of mine who does it and I realize that it’s not that passive as renting properties I realize that interacting with the guests is a mouse, but hearing you talk about the automated text OMG that’s why you should always learn every day even if you think a podcast or a book might say the same thing over still go all the way in and learn

1. What’s the average profit range a person can realistically expect for a property?
2. Will a real estate agent be able to give you comps and which AirBNBs are profitable in certain areas and which ones aren’t?

I'm sure you've probably dealt with maybe 1 in every 1,000 guests, where all they want to do is complain. This way they try to get a partial or full refund. And you know they are just trying to get one over on you to get a free trip out of it.
Have you ever had such an experience, where the guest just pushed the issue for a refund because they were so "unhappy" with their stay and how did you handle it?

We would like to start the new year off with taking over the property management. Do you have any input on how to start so we can retain our 22% management fee for ourselves?
