I don't interact much with these shorts - though I do watch a lot of them, usually in bulk - but frankly, I fucking loved this video in particular. Like it's so far out of what I expect from a japaneats short, but you give the guy all the room in the world to explain hinself and tell his story and it's a really humble, down to earth story. I think it's really cool that you were able to get an interview - more power to him for agreeing to the interview in the first place, of course - and I think you're a great interviewer in the way you ask direct questions and let the guy go into his process and stuff. I like your Jesus Pizza video with your usual production and pizazz, and your other videos of course, but this is on a whole other level.
