Sweet Potato Soup Dessert Recipe | Singapore & Hong Kong Style Sweet Potato Soup

In this video, I'll be making 2 styles of sweet potato soup desserts - the local Singapore version and the Hong Kong version. They differ in the sugar and flavouring used.
The Singapore version uses pandan leaves and white rock sugar while the Hong Kong version uses slab sugar that imparts caramel and dates aroma. Try them both and let me know which you prefer.
