  • Here is another popular Cantonese Dessert that some dim sum house have. Good for hot summer days if served cold. Or warm it up , for winter snacks. Enjoy.

    4 oz. ------- tapioca mini balls (aka tapioca pearl)

    2½ cups -- water (warm or hot)
