Hi, my husband and I just had our second miscarriage a few days ago….and our 1 year anniversary is on Monday…this has been so difficult and traumatizing…but I am so glad not glad that others lost their babies but that women carry their burdens and sadness together…I know your probably felt or feel guilt, sadness, shame…but we will one day have our physical babies (but always our heavenly angels).
Well done for posting this video. I had 4 miscarriages (5 babies including twins) before I had my nearly 2 year old in 2019. I have sadly just miscarried again. I had to push every step of the way to get investigations and often felt more informed than the doctors. I was put on progesterone pessaries and higher dose folic acid with my successful pregnancy but there was a delay getting hold of it this time. Miscarriage is such a cruel process and videos like this really helped me so thank you x

I know this is old now but i am in the same situation. My first pregnancy was totally normal (she's now 9) but have had 4 losses since. First was a chemical. Second a missed miscarriage that was discovered at 12 week scan. Then, with my new partner, i had a chemical in May this year, got pregnant again straight away but that turned out to be an ectopic that was operated on at about 9 weeks. I also lost my left tube. Have been referred to St Mary's and have our first appointment in December. I am so unhopeful now, especially with only one tube, i just can't see how i'm ever going to get my rainbow 😔 Not to mention the fact that i'm nearly 39 now. But watching your videos has given me a glimmer of hope knowing that you had your rainbow after 4 losses too. Maybe there is hope for me yet 🤞 x

I'm so sorry for your losses. It's such a terrible and difficult time isn't it. I agree that it can feel very lonely. That's what pushed me to make these videos in the first instance. Crossing my fingers that you get a referral. If you're in the UK then there's no reason why you shouldn't. After 3 losses they have to refer you (so make sure you push for it if they don't). I am going through my second miscarriage in a row. No previous live child. The second one has had a toll on me. It is very heart breaking. I had a D&C this time and they sent the tissue for genetic testing. I have an appointment with my doctor in two weeks to get started on the other tests. The hardest part is that not knowing why this happens while other people seem to carry babies to term without any problems.
UPDATE I had three miscarriages in a row. Then had my rainbow baby last year. All the tests showed normal levels. It was a very hard time for me and I had to take some time off from work and life. I traveled a little bit and it helped tremendously.

I am with Tommy's now on 400mg progesterone 2x a day 800mg a day 😭 the side effects have kicked in. But am not on aspirin. I been advised to have progesterone til 16 weeks. All i want is a successful pregnancy. At this point i will do/take anything. You story was inspiring ❤️
I've had 2 miscarriages and I'm pregnant now again. According to my LMP I'm supposed to be 8 weeks 5 days, but last week the early scan showed that I was 6 weeks. So 2 weeks behind. I was bleeding and spotting with no pain so thats what we went for a scan. There was a heartbeat and no signs of miscarriage but it's almost impossible to just relax and enjoy this. I'm still spotting, and seeing my Specialist on Thursday, so I'll have bloodwork etc done, but to be honest I'm not even sure how I feel. My husband doesn't want me to even talk about how I'm feeling as my in laws are saying I'm jinxing my pregnancy but they don't know how I feel. I have 2 girls already so I know what it feels like to have this life growing inside of you. And I know how it feels to lose this life growing inside of me as well. My faith is really being tested right now. I don't know how to pray anymore. I've done everything I'm supposed to, so it's not my fault. How do I control the success of my pregnancy, God does. I wish someone could just give me some hope.

My doctors didn’t recommend progesterone last pregnancy even though my level was extremely low. I will be advocating for myself this time around and make SURE I get prescribed progesterone right away!!!

I can’t remember exact levels since it was last year, but I did make them check my progesterone levels every 48 hours, and once it started to DECREASE (I believe it dipped right below 10), I made them get me on progesterone. I went on to take it everyday until I was in my second trimester. Finally had my rainbow baby 3 months ago!! Best wishes, friend 🤍

I had a misscarriage and then a stillbirth and I am honestly not sure if my husband and I will ever be excited about pregnancy again. Excited about a baby, yes, but not the nerve wracking wait for baby to arrive. A stillbirth definitely kills all the joy you would normally feel until the baby cries.
@@Khanaghumnaa It's been over 2 years since I made this comment ❤️ and wow a lot has happened. My husband and I are both doing so much better. I did get pregnant again (not sure if I already was when I made this comment originally) and unsurprisingly it was stressful and hard. I lived in constant fear until he was born. We had so many complications which only made my anxiety worse. But he was born healthy, praise God, and is nearing 2 years of age. I'm now in the third trimester of our 4th pregnancy. I feel that this baby was sent to us to show me the best of what pregnancy can be like. Our son is obsessed with his baby brother, he loves to feel his kicks. The complications we had with my older son and my stillborn daughter haven't repeated themselves. I feel amazing other than some nausea, which doesn't really bother me after everything we've been through. This pregnancy still carries fear and trauma like my older son's did. But it also carries the hope and joy that come with knowing I can have a healthy baby. It is possible. I don't lay in bed crying out of fear every day, although it has happened once or twice. He is always moving and reminding me he is okay. I am so immensely happy and healing. I'll always carry the greif and trauma from losing our first two babies. There will always be more anxiety than there was when I didn't know that pain. But I have been blessed to find joy in pregnancy once again through watching my older son become a big brother ❤️
I got pregnant before I could go to the fertility specialist. I had two miscarriages around 6.5 weeks. They were right after another so it was extremely traumatic. I have a healthy 5 year old so I had no idea why I was miscarrying. I'm now over 9 weeks pregnant and I'm on progesterone and low dose asprin, and I had an early scan at 5w6d as well as lots of hcg blood draws which all have looked great. My next scan isn't until 11 weeks and I've been very worried. I have been tempted to go for a private scan but with my scan coming up in 2 weeks I'm just trying to hold on. I want this baby so bad. I wish my doctor would have allowed me to have OHIP covered scans every other week instead of trying to book a private scan at 150 each. So I'm just trying to keep faith that I'm not bleeding I'm not having extreme cramping so I just need to have faith that things are OK.

Just had my 4th miscarriage. Thank you for sharing your story. It gives me hope. My OB also recommended progesterone and low dose aspirin. In addition to that he is going to have me on Methyl Folate (some fetuses can't digest folic acid and this is an enzyme that helps with that digestion).

I have had over 10 miscarriages recently found out it was caused by a condition that causes blood clots, so basically my body thinks it’s a blood clot and pushes it out! Lovenox injections is the next step with folate vitamins.
I've just experienced my 4th chemical pregnancy. I had 1 in April and then June July and October 2020. I've been referred to the recurring miscarriage unit at the hospital but finding it hard to get a appointment. And now were about to go on lockdown again so don't think I will be getting a appointment anytime soon. I've just started taking macca root as that apparently helps prevent miscarriages. We have been ttc for nearly 9 months now with 4 early losses. I really hope the macca root works and I won't need that hospital appointment. I've already had bloods done and all normal including progesterone. I'm 41 next month so we are going to keep on trying. I'm praying if I fall pregnant again it sticks. Multiple losses are heartbreaking 💔

I’ve had three miscarriages and two successful pregnancies. I had Cyclogest on the successful pregnancies. My third miscarriage was after I had my first baby, and there was a delay getting a prescription for progesterone which I had asked for after having it during my successful pregnancy. I often wonder if that pregnancy would have been successful if the GP had allowed me to have it sooner. On the next pregnancy I was insistent about getting that prescription straight away and as a result I had my second little boy. I’m so glad we are now done with trying to get pregnant because it was all so stressful and you can never relax. I also had problems getting my repeats. I remember being pregnant and being jealous of other pregnant ladies who were excited about their pregnancies because it was just stress and nerves all the time. Sending you good vibes xxx

I’m in the same boat as you. I’m 21 and just had my second miscarriage a week ago my first was at 18. When I had my first the doctor just said “at least you know you can get pregnant” 🙄. I do not want to keep going through this loss till they decide it’s time to hear us!

I am of color & was given progesterone. Think positive having that many miscarriages can cause you to feel discouraged. Try finding another reproductive specialist or just be patient. The endocrinologist might want to track your ovulation before prescribing you vaginal or oral suppositories for progesterone. You might have other underlying conditions. Try to get bloodwork done in order to determine why you’re experiencing reoccurring miscarriages.

Just ended my holidays again with yet another miscarriage. We just had an ectopic back in June and a miscarriage at 7 weeks last December. I think back to the days when I had that naive hopefulness at the thought of being pregnant, what I would give to go back to being that person again. Now it's overshadowed with this fear everytime I see a positive test.

Just had my 2nd missed miscarriage. They said you have to have 3 miscarriages to be referred which i think is horrible. A loss is a loss. I want to speak to my GP about progesterone and some tests but im not keen they will be willing to go further... X
I've had 4 miscarriages in a row, the first two were earlier on and the second two were late pregnancy losses (stillbirths) it's so heartbreaking... It's also unexplained which makes me not ever want to try again 😔

Thank you so much for this. I do feel motivated. Currently going through my first ever pregnancy and it's miscarriage. I was religiously talking progesterone although my blood test levels showed that I had normal range but many doctors prescribe it in my country regardless.. But anyways that didn't stop the miscarriage as would be the case when there are chromosomal abnormalities (most likely reason cited in my case). Just need to accept it as an accident and move on now. Hope I don't develope a PTSD in my next pregnancy.

My gp messed up. I had a miscarriage in 2018 and now having another one. My gp should have given me progesterone gel but she didn’t and i lost my baby at 4 weeks. Now i am referred to a pregnancy loss clinic. I did find a private doctor to help me through this my heart is broken. I have so much cramping and i am crying all the time.

I called my community midwife to tell her I’d miscarried at 8 weeks and she referred me right away the the recurrent miscarriage clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by that. I just had my 7th miscarriage last month...no living children and my drs can't find anything wrong with me...but they've never checked my blood for a blood clotting disorder or chromosomal abnormalities...it was like pulling teeth this last time just trying to get them to schedule me for bloodwork...the first time I called, she scheduled me for an appointment 2 MONTHS away!! I had to call and message over and over begging them...my progesterone was fine so idk what wrong with me....I have PTSD now and this last one was extremely stressful...I wanted so badly to be happy, but couldn't help but have panic attacks thinking 'im gonna lose this one too..' and not being heard by my drs and not being able to do anything about it... I now hate my life and my future and it just looks hopeless to me...

I got a surgery today.it is my fourth time miscarriage,I am not gonna cry again that I need get stronger. It is also my first time get IVF program .I had many medications and take injections every day to prevent miscarriage. Sorry my baby I still can keep you until delivery, he was a boy. He was only nice weeks +4day,then no more heartbeat anymore, my husband and I we both are very sad. We were extremely excited about heard baby heart beat. Somehow, even though it wasn’t too much information for me, it still helped me a lot ❤️ it must be your nice voice or the fact that yes, you feel alone, but you aren’t. Currently in my 3rd miscarriage...the doctors at the hospital already booked all the tests for me. The only thing that scares me is that if blood clotting is my problem I won’t be able to take aspirin because of other issues. I hope my issue is something else or that there is another way around it.

This is almost exactly my same experience! with 3 recurrent miscarriages in a row and pregnancy post 3rd (all in 12 months!).Same treatment- same progesterone, and treatment and early weekly ultrasounds. 🥰 Same ramped up symptoms with Progesterone pessaries. I'm now 20 weeks.
@@ia8728 I'm sorry about your loss. My wonderful OB was very clear with me that research with Progesterone Miscarriage. It shows the link for decreasing M/C is only there is the woman is spotting(thats when you start Progesterone). So I would definitely speak to your doctor next time around, and tell them your intention to take the drug if this happens. The study is called PRISM out of the UK, is well known and uses great evidenced-based clinical study.

I got married later in life. My first was easy peasy. I wanted 1 or 2 more. I just had back to back miscarriages. Got a blood test and was positive for APS. My OBGYN wanted another test for a confirmation but I wanted to try one more time next month. If it doesn't stick then that's it, I'm not trying anymore.

I ordered and just received the Emerita Progest progesterone cream. I applied it last night. I don't know if it is the "placebo effect", but I think I feel differently. I also had no spotting this morning.
@@crystalcreationscole7274 Fingers crossed everything continues to go well. I stopped taking it at around six-seven weeks because my doctor said my progesterone levels were good. I requested to have my progesterone checked. The doctor said that if it was low, he would prescribe a vaginal progesterone suppository. But, the levels came back good for where i was supposed to be. I am now in my second trimester and thank God things are going okay. For your sanity, ask your doctor to test your progesterone levels.
Ok good to hear but I believe I will continue til I get to my second tr because when I stop I miscarriage at 11 weeks if only I got the shot I’m be good but I’m in Texas an when the storm hit us all the office was close an I had no way to a store to purchase the cream

I’ve had 2 miscarriages this year. One in January at 6 weeks and my second a few weeks ago at 9 weeks. The second has destroyed me because I had 2 perfect scans at 6 and 8 weeks then no heartbeat at 9 weeks. I’m seeing a fertility specialist in November to do some testing, local GP’s dont here in Australia. I am PRAYING the next baby sets up home and stays for the 9 months.

I have 2 boys. I’ve had two 10-12 week miscarriages after them. I’m not sure if I want to try again. I don’t think my husband does. It’s hard to decide.
I have had five miscarriages in total. The last 3 were back to back. 14 weeks didnt find out till 20. 11 weeks after a physical altercation. And 13 weeks. This last one happened a few days ago. I knew instantly the baby was gone even if i didnt realize it at the time. I had no signs and no warnings this time. I did recieve a few extra ultrasounds which everything was good. As soon as i found out i was pregnant i was put on baby asprin mthfr friendly vitamins and 200 mg of vaginal progesterone. I asked for testing and they said i had to wait. Baby was fine. Strong heart beat and everything. I had some bleeding went to the er. Baby waa perfect 4 days later no heart beat. Everything has appeared to be normal. I have done trsting on the last two losses they wouldnt for the last losses because it was only one and then only two. It happens. Its normal. I feel like i have to pull teeth to get anywhere. I'm glad you got your baby finally. My living children are 9 and 7. I feel like my opportunity to have any more children is gone. If they cant tell me anything after this genetic test, I'm debating on getting my tubes taken out/tied. I just want to have a say in my fertility. Like i decided, not the universe for unknown reasons.

I had aspirin 100mg/day and 800 mg progesterone pessaries Since week 5 because of a light bleeding but discovered a subchorionic hemotoma on week 8, baby’s, week 9 and 10 got leeding and on week 10 had a transvaginal ultrasound that show baby was not growing and no heartbeat was found. It was 2 days ago , i am now on the wait to have my natural miscarriage 😞 first pregnancy, first miscarriage i hope never having to face this again ! I hope the process is not too long !
I can feel the pain of recurrent pregnancy losses .. I had stillbirth baby at 27wks in 2019 ( suddenly movements stopped and heartbeat gone) 2nd miscarriage in yr 2022 (12wk pregnancy, same thing occurred again, no bleeding or cramps just found no heart beat during my regular checkups) I did almost 50 tests including karyotyping but none of the report showed any problem, (all tests were normal) I was not able to conceive naturally so I went ahead for IVF in yr 2023 and got positive test in dec 2023, things were going smoothly all reports were fine (nt scan and anamoly scan) but only issue was with my water level which was very less doc put me on iv infusions and some protein sachets and luckily water level was also started increasing, baby was growing fine, did follow up scan on 1st may 2024 found evrything normal but suddenly after two days I again felt the same things baby stopped moving I went for sonography on 4th May and same thing happened again at 6th month of my pregnancy..right now I am in the hospital as I had to deliver baby via small c section as my placenta was low lying and had heavy bleeding...this is all devastating 😭

You are so absolutely right! In Russia, even on your first pregnancy, they make to stay in hospital for a month or two or even more if they found something not normal in the first months of pregnancy.

We gave up trying for a second. 4 MC's in a row. 2 of them missed MC's so we thought all was fine at nearly 12 weeks. The whole process just then felt very different to having our first child with no problems. Age got better of us in the end too old now. Something gona have to be at peace with eventually.

As far as I'm aware, you can only get them prescribed from a consultant (they are usually suppositories rather than pills). You could try seeing a different doctor?
We planned our 1st pregnancy in 2019. Concieved immediately and lost the baby at 9 weeks. Tried after 1.5 yrs and Concieved within that cycle again in Sept 2020 and lost the baby at 7 weeks. Well done for posting this video. I had 4 miscarriages (5 babies including twins) before I had my nearly 2 year old in 2019. I have sadly just miscarried again. I had to push every step of the way to get investigations and often felt more informed than the doctors. I was put on progesterone pessaries and higher dose folic acid with my successful pregnancy but there was a delay getting hold of it this time. Miscarriage is such a cruel process and videos like this really helped me so thank you x

Hello..when did you start the high dose folic during your successful pregnancy?
I know this is old now but i am in the same situation. My first pregnancy was totally normal (she's now 9) but have had 4 losses since. First was a chemical. Second a missed miscarriage that was discovered at 12 week scan. Then, with my new partner, i had a chemical in May this year, got pregnant again straight away but that turned out to be an ectopic that was operated on at about 9 weeks. I also lost my left tube. Have been referred to St Mary's and have our first appointment in December. I am so unhopeful now, especially with only one tube, i just can't see how i'm ever going to get my rainbow 😔 Not to mention the fact that i'm nearly 39 now. But watching your videos has given me a glimmer of hope knowing that you had your rainbow after 4 losses too. Maybe there is hope for me yet 🤞 x

I'm so sorry for your losses. It's such a terrible and difficult time isn't it. I agree that it can feel very lonely. That's what pushed me to make these videos in the first instance. Crossing my fingers that you get a referral. If you're in the UK then there's no reason why you shouldn't. After 3 losses they have to refer you (so make sure you push for it if they don't).

I had a D&C this time and they sent the tissue for genetic testing. I have an appointment with my doctor in two weeks to get started on the other tests.

I am with Tommy's now on 400mg progesterone 2x a day 800mg a day 😭 the side effects have kicked in. But am not on aspirin. I been advised to have progesterone til 16 weeks. All i want is a successful pregnancy. At this point i will do/take anything. You story was inspiring ❤️

I've had 2 miscarriages and I'm pregnant now again. According to my LMP I'm supposed to be 8 weeks 5 days, but last week the early scan showed that I was 6 weeks. So 2 weeks behind. I was bleeding and spotting with no pain so thats what we went for a scan. There was a heartbeat and no signs of miscarriage but it's almost impossible to just relax and enjoy this. I'm still spotting, and seeing my Specialist on Thursday, so I'll have bloodwork etc done, but to be honest I'm not even sure how I feel. My husband doesn't want me to even talk about how I'm feeling as my in laws are saying I'm jinxing my pregnancy but they don't know how I feel. I have 2 girls already so I know what it feels like to have this life growing inside of you. And I know how it feels to lose this life growing inside of me as well. My faith is really being tested right now. I don't know how to pray anymore. I've done everything I'm supposed to, so it's not my fault. How do I control the success of my pregnancy, God does. I wish someone could just give me some hope.

My doctors didn’t recommend progesterone last pregnancy even though my level was extremely low. I can’t remember exact levels since it was last year, but I did make them check my progesterone levels every 48 hours, and once it started to DECREASE (I believe it dipped right below 10), I made them get me on progesterone. I went on to take it everyday until I was in my second trimester. Finally had my rainbow baby 3 months ago!! Best wishes, friend 🤍

I had a misscarriage and then a stillbirth and I am honestly not sure if my husband and I will ever be excited about pregnancy again. Excited about a baby, yes, but not the nerve wracking wait for baby to arrive. A stillbirth definitely kills all the joy you would normally feel until the baby cries.

I did get pregnant again (not sure if I already was when I made this comment originally) and unsurprisingly it was stressful and hard. I lived in constant fear until he was born. We had so many complications which only made my anxiety worse. But he was born healthy, praise God, and is nearing 2 years of age.
I'm now in the third trimester of our 4th pregnancy. I feel that this baby was sent to us to show me the best of what pregnancy can be like. Our son is obsessed with his baby brother, he loves to feel his kicks. The complications we had with my older son and my stillborn daughter haven't repeated themselves. I feel amazing other than some nausea, which doesn't really bother me after everything we've been through. This pregnancy still carries fear and trauma like my older son's did. But it also carries the hope and joy that come with knowing I can have a healthy baby. It is possible. I don't lay in bed crying out of fear every day, although it has happened once or twice. He is always moving and reminding me he is okay. I am so immensely happy and healing.
I'll always carry the greif and trauma from losing our first two babies. There will always be more anxiety than there was when I didn't know that pain. But I have been blessed to find joy in pregnancy once again through watching my older son become a big brother ❤️
I got pregnant before I could go to the fertility specialist. I had two miscarriages around 6.5 weeks. They were right after another so it was extremely traumatic. I have a healthy 5 year old so I had no idea why I was miscarrying.
I'm now over 9 weeks pregnant and I'm on progesterone and low dose asprin, and I had an early scan at 5w6d as well as lots of hcg blood draws which all have looked great. My next scan isn't until 11 weeks and I've been very worried. I have been tempted to go for a private scan but with my scan coming up in 2 weeks I'm just trying to hold on. I want this baby so bad.
I wish my doctor would have allowed me to have OHIP covered scans every other week instead of trying to book a private scan at 150 each. So I'm just trying to keep faith that I'm not bleeding I'm not having extreme cramping so I just need to have faith that things are OK.

Just had my 4th miscarriage. Thank you for sharing your story. It gives me hope. My OB also recommended progesterone and low dose aspirin. In addition to that he is going to have me on Methyl Folate (some fetuses can't digest folic acid and this is an enzyme that helps with that digestion).

I have had over 10 miscarriages recently found out it was caused by a condition that causes blood clots, so basically my body thinks it’s a blood clot and pushes it out! Lovenox injections is the next step with folate vitamins.
I've just experienced my 4th chemical pregnancy.
I had 1 in April and then June July and October 2020.
I've been referred to the recurring miscarriage unit at the hospital but finding it hard to get a appointment.
And now were about to go on lockdown again so don't think I will be getting a appointment anytime soon.
I've just started taking macca root as that apparently helps prevent miscarriages.
We have been ttc for nearly 9 months now with 4 early losses.
I really hope the macca root works and I won't need that hospital appointment.
I've already had bloods done and all normal including progesterone.
I'm 41 next month so we are going to keep on trying.

I’ve had three miscarriages and two successful pregnancies. I had Cyclogest on the successful pregnancies. My third miscarriage was after I had my first baby, and there was a delay getting a prescription for progesterone which I had asked for after having it during my successful pregnancy. I often wonder if that pregnancy would have been successful if the GP had allowed me to have it sooner. On the next pregnancy I was insistent about getting that prescription straight away and as a result I had my second little boy. I’m so glad we are now done with trying to get pregnant because it was all so stressful and you can never relax. I also had problems getting my repeats. I remember being pregnant and being jealous of other pregnant ladies who were excited about their pregnancies because it was just stress and nerves all the time. Sending you good vibes xxx

I am of color & was given progesterone. Think positive having that many miscarriages can cause you to feel discouraged. Try finding another reproductive specialist or just be patient. The endocrinologist might want to track your ovulation before prescribing you vaginal or oral suppositories for progesterone. You might have other underlying conditions. Try to get bloodwork done in order to determine why you’re experiencing reoccurring miscarriages.

Just ended my holidays again with yet another miscarriage. We just had an ectopic back in June and a miscarriage at 7 weeks last December.
I think back to the days when I had that naive hopefulness at the thought of being pregnant, what I would give to go back to being that person again. Now it's overshadowed with this fear everytime I see a positive test.

Just had my 2nd missed miscarriage. They said you have to have 3 miscarriages to be referred which i think is horrible. A loss is a loss. I want to speak to my GP about progesterone and some tests but im not keen they will be willing to go further... X
I've had 4 miscarriages in a row, the first two were earlier on and the second two were late pregnancy losses (stillbirths) it's so heartbreaking... It's also unexplained which makes me not ever want to try again 😔

Currently going through my first ever pregnancy and it's miscarriage.
I was religiously talking progesterone although my blood test levels showed that I had normal range but many doctors prescribe it in my country regardless.. But anyways that didn't stop the miscarriage as would be the case when there are chromosomal abnormalities (most likely reason cited in my case).
Just need to accept it as an accident and move on now. Hope I don't develope a PTSD in my next pregnancy.

My gp messed up. I had a miscarriage in 2018 and now having another one. My gp should have given me progesterone gel but she didn’t and i lost my baby at 4 weeks. Now i am referred to a pregnancy loss clinic. I did find a private doctor to help me through this my heart is broken. I have so much cramping and i am crying all the time.

I called my community midwife to tell her I’d miscarried at 8 weeks and she referred me right away the the recurrent miscarriage clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by that. 1.) Get checked for bacteria in Uterus that causes Endometritis not Endometriosis

I just had my 7th miscarriage last month...no living children and my drs can't find anything wrong with me...but they've never checked my blood for a blood clotting disorder or chromosomal abnormalities...it was like pulling teeth this last time just trying to get them to schedule me for bloodwork...the first time I called, she scheduled me for an appointment 2 MONTHS away!! I had to call and message over and over begging them...my progesterone was fine so idk what wrong with me....I have PTSD now and this last one was extremely stressful...I wanted so badly to be happy, but couldn't help but have panic attacks thinking 'im gonna lose this one too..' and not being heard by my drs and not being able to do anything about it...
I now hate my life and my future and it just looks hopeless to me...

Currently in my 3rd miscarriage...the doctors at the hospital already booked all the tests for me. The only thing that scares me is that if blood clotting is my problem I won’t be able to take aspirin because of other issues. This is almost exactly my same experience! with 3 recurrent miscarriages in a row and pregnancy post 3rd (all in 12 months!).Same treatment- same progesterone, and treatment and early weekly ultrasounds. 🥰 Same ramped up symptoms with Progesterone pessaries. I'm now 20 weeks.

@@ia8728 I'm sorry about your loss. My wonderful OB was very clear with me that research with Progesterone Miscarriage. It shows the link for decreasing M/C is only there is the woman is spotting(thats when you start Progesterone). So I would definitely speak to your doctor next time around, and tell them your intention to take the drug if this happens. The study is called PRISM out of the UK, is well known and uses great evidenced-based clinical study.

I got married later in life. My first was easy peasy. I wanted 1 or 2 more. I just had back to back miscarriages. Got a blood test and was positive for APS. My OBGYN wanted another test for a confirmation but I wanted to try one more time next month. If it doesn't stick then that's it, I'm not trying anymore.

I have had 4 lives births with previous partner, my current partner has 2 children with his ex and now I’m infertile from nowhere. I’m currently on my third chemical pregnancy. Iv previously had 2 natural births, emergency c section and an elected c section. I’m due to have a dye test in the coming months to check my tubes due to c sections. What happened update
I ordered and just received the Emerita Progest progesterone cream. I applied it last night. I don't know if it is the "placebo effect", but I think I feel differently. I also had no spotting this morning.

@@crystalcreationscole7274 Fingers crossed everything continues to go well. I stopped taking it at around six-seven weeks because my doctor said my progesterone levels were good. I requested to have my progesterone checked. The doctor said that if it was low, he would prescribe a vaginal progesterone suppository. But, the levels came back good for where i was supposed to be. I am now in my second trimester and thank God things are going okay. For your sanity, ask your doctor to test your progesterone levels.
Ok good to hear but I believe I will continue til I get to my second tr because when I stop I miscarriage at 11 weeks if only I got the shot I’m be good but I’m in Texas an when the storm hit us all the office was close an I had no way to a store to purchase the cream
Next time I have cream an pills so I will continue until I can’t

I’ve had 2 miscarriages this year. One in January at 6 weeks and my second a few weeks ago at 9 weeks. The second has destroyed me because I had 2 perfect scans at 6 and 8 weeks then no heartbeat at 9 weeks. I’m seeing a fertility specialist in November to do some testing, local GP’s dont here in Australia. I am PRAYING the next baby sets up home and stays for the 9 months.

Do you know how many milligrams of progesterone the doctor prescribed for you?
I have had five miscarriages in total. The last 3 were back to back. 14 weeks didnt find out till 20. 11 weeks after a physical altercation. And 13 weeks. This last one happened a few days ago. I knew instantly the baby was gone even if i didnt realize it at the time. I had no signs and no warnings this time. I did recieve a few extra ultrasounds which everything was good. As soon as i found out i was pregnant i was put on baby asprin mthfr friendly vitamins and 200 mg of vaginal progesterone. I asked for testing and they said i had to wait. Baby was fine. Strong heart beat and everything. I had some bleeding went to the er. Baby waa perfect 4 days later no heart beat. Everything has appeared to be normal. I have done trsting on the last two losses they wouldnt for the last losses because it was only one and then only two. It happens. Its normal. I feel like i have to pull teeth to get anywhere. I'm glad you got your baby finally. My living children are 9 and 7. I feel like my opportunity to have any more children is gone. If they cant tell me anything after this genetic test, I'm debating on getting my tubes taken out/tied. I just want to have a say in my fertility. Like i decided, not the universe for unknown reasons.

I had aspirin 100mg/day and 800 mg progesterone pessaries Since week 5 because of a light bleeding but discovered a subchorionic hemotoma on week 8, baby’s, week 9 and 10 got leeding and on week 10 had a transvaginal ultrasound that show baby was not growing and no heartbeat was found. It was 2 days ago , i am now on the wait to have my natural miscarriage 😞 first pregnancy, first miscarriage i hope never having to face this again ! I hope the process is not too long !
I can feel the pain of recurrent pregnancy losses .. I had stillbirth baby at 27wks in 2019 ( suddenly movements stopped and heartbeat gone) 2nd miscarriage in yr 2022 (12wk pregnancy, same thing occurred again, no bleeding or cramps just found no heart beat during my regular checkups) I did almost 50 tests including karyotyping but none of the report showed any problem, (all tests were normal) I was not able to conceive naturally so I went ahead for IVF in yr 2023 and got positive test in dec 2023, things were going smoothly all reports were fine (nt scan and anamoly scan) but only issue was with my water level which was very less doc put me on iv infusions and some protein sachets and luckily water level was also started increasing, baby was growing fine, did follow up scan on 1st may 2024 found evrything normal but suddenly after two days I again felt the same things baby stopped moving I went for sonography on 4th May and same thing happened again at 6th month of my pregnancy..right now I am in the hospital as I had to deliver baby via small c section as my placenta was low lying and had heavy bleeding...this is all devastating 😭

I had 3 miscarriages and my GP is not referring me to specialist instead just saying that get pregnant and we will do ealry scans but everytime the scan appointment is scheduled for 8th or 9th week and by that time I already had miscarriage.
Just had my 2nd miscarriage and my doctor just mentioned once i get pregnant again she will put me on progesterone. Currently taling vitamin CQ10, vitamin C and E to help with my egg development.

You are so absolutely right! In Russia, even on your first pregnancy, they make to stay in hospital for a month or two or even more if they found something not normal in the first months of pregnancy.

We gave up trying for a second. 4 MC's in a row. 2 of them missed MC's so we thought all was fine at nearly 12 weeks. The whole process just then felt very different to having our first child with no problems. Age got better of us in the end too old now. Something gona have to be at peace with eventually.

A d&c is the best way i recently had another miscarriage in September of twins. I passed them at 6 weeks. If i was you i would get a gynecologist. I now have answers. As far as I'm aware, you can only get them prescribed from a consultant (they are usually suppositories rather than pills). You could try seeing a different doctor?
We planned our 1st pregnancy in 2019. Concieved immediately and lost the baby at 9 weeks. Tried after 1.5 yrs and Concieved within that cycle again in Sept 2020 and lost the baby at 7 weeks. Both times the fetus had perfect growth and strong heartbeat. My doctor has asked me n my husband to take a genetic test. I am so scared.
