Thanks for playing my request, secondhand daylight is a great album. . Good luck on moving to your new place. Give me everything hopefully will be your next Magazine track to check out.
Yes, 'Give me everything' is a great track, one of many from Magazine. There are a few versions of this one, I like the live ones from the album 'Play' with Robin Simon on guitar and Manchester 2009 with Noko playing. Both superb!
Permafrost is very apt for the weather in Scotland right now. Thanks for featuring Magazine again, all time favourite. May I suggest their truly epic track 'You Never Knew Me' preferably from their live Manchester performance in 2009 or from the album 'The Correct Use of Soap.'
Magazine are one of my favourite Bands, though I have hundreds of fave Bands, so people tell me. They have a very special and unique sound musically and especially vocally. That song came from the studio album"Secondhand Daylight"Howard Devoto was a big fan of Captain Beefheart whom I believe was a big influence in the band's musical arrangements.

A great track by a great band. That was a very good live performance, cheers all.
My favorite Magazine album is their live one Play. Best track " The Light Pours Out Of Me ". This one is great & not for radio airplay !
I like that LP a lot as well. It's the only LP of theirs I have at the mo.
Listen to the Peel sessions version of the Light pours out of me
It's a great "all bases covered" live album. Soo many good songs there.
