I'm gonna get flak for this but that's the one thing about Danny's reviews that kind of bothers me. I know the guy doesn't mean anything by it but 9 times out of 10 there's absolutely no need for the table and chair and it comes off like he's going out of the way to demand special treatment from the owners because he's 'somebody'. Now, I get it: technically he's an 'influencer' (as much as he probably hates the term). So businesses go out of their way to spoil him a little in order to get the best advertising on UA-cam possible. And yes, that does make him a bit more valuable to these businesses than the regular customer... But that's sort of my point: it's a little bit alienating to me as a viewer when I know that the experience he's basically demanding from the owners is not the same as the one I'd get (or expect) as an average Joe.

Love Danny's reviews and online presence, such a genuinely nice person. It seems that the sandwiches and hamburgers recommended to him are getting more and more gigantic and ridiculous in my opinion. You don't need the kitchen sink in a sandwich to make it a great one. Doesn't exactly encourage even the pretense of healthy eating. Take care of yourself Danny. We don't want you getting a heart attack from all these recommendations.

@BlueEyes it was worth a 9 I guess but not a 10 as many are saying, the bread things looked a bit boring, the dirty fries were good but the burger in my opinion was overly filled.
@BlueEyes no he's given a 1 for some bad food (chips still frozen, some other stuff inedible) and a point for the can of pop which was the only redeemable part.

I couldn't sleep and made the mistake of watching this in the early hours, I ended up making myself a cheeseburger at 4AM. The Tiger bread with chips inside made me drool but I didn't have the wherewithal to make anything close to that.

In Europe they put mayo on fries and fries inside of everything. In Portugal they drop eggs into everything too. Not such a popular thing in America. But I dig it. I put mayo on my fries.

Only 1.5 higher than the undercooked pie, oily fish and flavourless fish cake he had a few days ago. Haha. I've just accepted his ratings are just however he feels now and don't bother giving them a second thought

And letting him use his table and chair .......and film it inside! as well as blocking a house table in the process, irrespective of if they were full or not ! She went the extra mile to be super nice , also bear in mind it was served in takeaway boxes and trays , he did not ask or expect the water to be in a glass so it was def a "Takeaway" meal. An extremely good meal that deserved a solid 10 and the top service was a bonus!

When I was in school in the 70s we used to go to town lunchtime to the bakery and buy a whole loaf between two of us, they would cut it in half and we would take the insides out and then off to the chippy across the road and they would fill it up with chips with lashings of salt and vinegar then walk around the shops scoffing it 👌👌
Yes, it did. I see some are moaning it was a mega chip meal... not true, the Parmo fillings look fab, the burger would still have been a winner at a a doz quid and she was super good letting him camp inside. Compared to some recent receipts £27 was a great deal. Good call Willie 👍

I appreciate it was chucking it down outside but it didn’t feel like a takeaway by Danny sitting inside the restaurant. What I will say is that the food looked cracking and that burger was humongous and oozing with flavour. Well done Danny 👍
Yeh I thought the same. If you have a good quality beef Pattie you shouldn’t need all that rubbish on a burger. There’s a takeaway by me that does these homemade half pound beef burgers and the meat is such good quality and taste, to smother it with cheese, ketchup and all that other crap is criminal. When I eat a burger I want to taste burger, not cheese sauce, ketchup and god knows what else.

Meal for 4 adults for £26, absolute bargain. What type of chicken was in the salt and pepper though Danny - was it a parmo or salt and pepper tempura pieces? Your description was a bit off today, maybe being inside put you off your stride. Cameraman got some good close ups, but not enough to see what you were eating (what was on the loaded chips?) so you need to tell us! Lovely place, looked delicious 😋
Danny if you loved these Parmos you NEED to check out Parmogeddon at Hatch in Manchester. Their chicken Parmo burger and Truffle Oil infused Mac & Cheese fries are top tier, you will not be disappointed! Really cool space also, very much like where Clucking Oinks is based in York. Confronted with all those Drafts I would be up in air between food and bevvy Good call stay indoors............its an easy 10, the price sounded expensive at first but when you see the volume of food, its justified. In fact I would say that bill was cheap upon reflection. Disappointed in Danny 9.5 when he has rated absolute dog turd food higher................I think that food was flawless .
I agree. This place was a very easy 10. Spent the entire video raving about it. Unfortunately I'm guessing this video was probably recorded after someone complained about all the 10's some previous videos had had, or something like that. I felt bad for this place. It easily deserved a 10, certainly more so than many of the others.

Boro is about the cheapest place in the UK....especially for food and taxis....ive worked all over the UK and being back in Boro seems almost free

@@mjrussell414 Quiet, yes but Danny keeps from being boring in my opinion. The interactions with fans definitely makes things interesting but an occasional quiet review indoors helps balance things out.

I appreciate it was chucking it down outside but it didn’t feel like a takeaway by Danny sitting inside the restaurant. What I will say is that the food looked cracking and that burger was humongous and oozing with flavour. Well done Danny 👍

Yeh I thought the same. If you have a good quality beef Pattie you shouldn’t need all that rubbish on a burger. There’s a takeaway by me that does these homemade half pound beef burgers and the meat is such good quality and taste, to smother it with cheese, ketchup and all that other crap is criminal. When I eat a burger I want to taste burger, not cheese sauce, ketchup and god knows what else.
Danny i take it now as a 7/10 is a 3 out of 10 as u NEVER give anything under 7,or 7 as a 2/10 ur being 2 nice to every consumer,as people can see it's in ur nature.

Meal for 4 adults for £26, absolute bargain. What type of chicken was in the salt and pepper though Danny - was it a parmo or salt and pepper tempura pieces? Your description was a bit off today, maybe being inside put you off your stride. Cameraman got some good close ups, but not enough to see what you were eating (what was on the loaded chips?) so you need to tell us!

Their chicken Parmo burger and Truffle Oil infused Mac & Cheese fries are top tier, you will not be disappointed! Really cool space also, very much like where Clucking Oinks is based in York. Confronted with all those Drafts I would be up in air between food and bevvy Good call stay indoors............its an easy 10, the price sounded expensive at first but when you see the volume of food, its justified. In fact I would say that bill was cheap upon reflection. Disappointed in Danny 9.5 when he has rated absolute dog turd food higher................I think that food was flawless

I agree. This place was a very easy 10. Spent the entire video raving about it. Unfortunately I'm guessing this video was probably recorded after someone complained about all the 10's some previous videos had had, or something like that. I felt bad for this place. It easily deserved a 10, certainly more so than many of the others.

Some 10s seem to have been given out easily in previous videos, if that was a 9.5 (bearing in mind the comments as Danny went through the components of the meal).
