Glenmorangie Lasanta 12yr old review #51 with The Whiskey Novice

Back to the Highlands for part 11 of my Bakers Dozen series looking at 13, 12 year old single malts.
Glenmorangie Original (10 year old) to me, seems to be a whisky that almost every whisky drinker has tried at some point. But...you don't hear the 12yr old Lasanta mentioned just as often. This is the 43%ABV version, not the 46% one. To my knowledge, this one is chill filtered unlike the stronger version.
