INGREDIENTS
FOR OREO CAKE:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
2.5 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup crushed oreo cookies
FOR CHOCOLATE SUGAR SYRUP:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp coffee powder
2 tbsp melted chocolate
FOR OREO WHIPPING CREAM FROSTING;
2 cups heavy whipping cram
1/3 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup crushed oreo cookies

I tried this for my husbands birthday last year and I'm that impressed that I want to make it again this year! absolutely delicious!

For anyone who came to the comment section to see for how long you have to bake it, you have to do it for like 35-40 minutes
Because it was really hard to just add some simple numbers instead of saying the whole toothpick thing🙄🙄
30 to 40 minuts and plz tell us about the temperature also.. is ir 180?
Amna Ali yes, 180 degrees celsius which would 356 fahrenheit
Does it taste nice though? And is there need for coffee

The cake came out delicious however I was unable to cut it in half horizontally. I think that I over mixed the cream and it curdled

We’re using Farenheit so I baked this cake at 355 degrees for 45 minutes! I timed it at 25mins at first but not baked. Tested it 4x with a toothpick until it finally gave me results. Great recipe though😋
nobody in their right minds cooks a cake all at once. you use two separate pans and cook at 325 degrees for maybe 20-25 mins m(this is using a 9 inch cake pan). then you will have a moist cake. repeat for the other pan. make sure to grease the pans with crisco shortening and then dust it with flour before you put the batter in. you'll thank me later if you do it right,

I made this and had to do it a little different. I like thinner frosting.

This looks great! I started to make this but ran into some trouble right away. If you could put a bit more specifics in the recipe like the butter needing to be melted would make it a lot easier. Also how long are you supposed to bake it for, approx.?
