However, I swear that I can feel myself decompressing as soon as I start one of your videos. And the literature you read from is always so fun!
30:23 Quick tip: Try not to wash your car using washing up liquid, its grease cutting detergents will dull the paintwork top coat over time. If it’s an old car and you don’t care ..no worries
Oh no! To me it sounds like you had an allergic reaction. All those symptoms are what i encounter when i react to allergies. Every body is different, but a couple days of Allegra help me. I hope you feel better!

I think you’re right! I took Allegra last night and I think it helped. I’ll take it again today. Strange, I don’t usually have allergies.
