I made PB fudge, chocolate fudge and chocolate coated PB fudge last night and the hardest thing to clean was the PB from the measuring cup, lol! Sweet sis, i love the way you did it. But please if i may ask, is it the nutmeg that prevents it from hardening when cutting them into shapes? Do you cover the toffee before cutting them, thus after removing it from fire? Reason being that whenever i remove it from the fire before cutting after sometime it begins to harden even before i finish cutting them. I will be glad if i could answers to these. Thanks
