FYI & for anyone on the fence- I was having the light primer strike issues with my PTR 32P that I purchased over 5 years ago. I'm sure it was a problem that came with it but I never got a chance to shoot it much until recently. I went to the PTR website and requested an RMA. Within 2 days they sent me a UPS shipping label for the return. The only thing I had to supply was the carboard box (got one from E-bay). From the time I shipped it to them and received it back was a total of 16 days. They ship it directly to you and include you on the UPS e-mail notification so that an adult can be home to sign for it. They installed a new locking piece, muzzle device, hammer spring, and the recoil spring bushing with a steel bushing. This is now by far my favorite weapon. I can do a complete 30 round mag dump with no issues whatsoever. I installed a Trijicon RX 34 and have 1-1.5" groupings at 75 yards. Bear in mind PTR's have a limited LIFETIME warranty and PTR stands behind their products so if you have any issues just go to their website and request an RMA. They will take care of you.
@@Ren505nm yes it shoots just fine - PSA gets a lot of hate specially when you go get the firearm from the FFL - insane. AKs easy to repair, easy to unjam, easy to maintain and supposed to be not that expensive (I grew up in a communist country and nothing worked but AKs did).

Common issues with that initial charging handle. Next time you do it, take note of bolt gap or head space. I’ve noticed that when you break that 1st excessive tension, All others are easier since bolt carrier is already spaced
It has a longer OAL than a Draco pistol (23.5" vs. 21.5") despite having a shorter barrel (8.5" vs. 12.25"). It is also heavier (7.9 lbs vs. 5.5 lbs) while PTR firearms have QC issues that impact reliability, so a hard pass from me.
Mr. Dan, looks like it is built like a tank, as in combat ready.. that is why it is heavy. 762-39 is a nasty piece of lead at close quarters.. still cheaper than 556. I don't need this gun but I dig it.. Thanks. /Man
I really want to buy the rifle version. But I am having a hard time getting past the weight. Feels like it weighs more than my wood stocked M1A. Still is a cool weapon. Cheers!

The 9lb trigger makes sense. Anything 7lbs or less and unintentional double taps would probably be happening. Not too many years ago I bought a PSA KS47 'pistol' with polished trigger for $700. It seems to me this range toy should be in that ballpark...not $1800!
@@Dynomind1 Okay. I'm open minded. In what specific ways is the PTR 32P superior to a 10.5" PSA KS-47 with enhanced polished trigger which reliably does a 4" group at 100yds with a Romeo 5 red dot and an old man on the trigger.
1800 bucks for a bastardized mp5 chambered in 7.62 is crazy. If it was lighter weight with better stock specs, maybe but that sounds like overpriced trash
I believe this to be in the wrong caliber. Also if I was going to spend that kind of money there are many call many better choices. And the accuracy will definitely be affected by that heavy trigger pull. For that kind of money to have such a heavy trigger pull is just insane in my mind. Thanks Dan.
Beautiful work of art my friend. God bless America an long live the Republic.
Thanks John. God bless America

I had the rifle version...was mag specific and ammo sensitive.
Thanks Granite
Not an AK more like not an MP5
That's true Mr
5.56 stanag version?
MP-K
I like it!the MPK or the AK5
Thanks Cranky
I got a PSA AK for about $650 recently “Soviet Arms”
Yikes
Does it work?

I’ve got the HK53 clone from Century Arms. Same thing but 5.56 and HK mags only
Interesting weapon ! As always appreciate watching your videos.
Thanks so much Clay

Retail price is $1400 and can be found on sale at $1200 -- no more than MP5 copies
They should've put M lock slots in the sides & bottom of the forearm for lights and lasers.
Very interesting weapon Dan but out of my price range now. Thanks for showing it to us!
I appreciate you Buz
Nice! Thanks dan!!
Thanks Joe

Good point Luther
Like you said...in today's market that's not an outrageous price. I like what l see..thanks for sharing 🤙
Much appreciated Joe
I would just buy the yugo m92 and a ton of ammo for that price .
Overalll, awesome review 😎😎😎
Its cool, pricy, but cool if, like you said, put a brace/stock and a red dot on it, and it would be an awesome cqb gun.
Exactly true Logan
👍👍nice job Dan, thanks.
Much appreciated Lance
Yo Danno, thanks for showing another interesting E.D.C. Just great.
Thanks Murat
Should do a suppressed SD model next in .300 Blackout. ;)
They can do this but making an hk53 clone in 5.56 is impossible?
Not sure about that
Stupid idea. The 7.62x39mm lost its luster when it went north of 20 cents a round...
You just didn't buy enough.

For $1800, I'd prefer to get a "definitely a" real AK. For close-in work, I'd prefer a pistol caliber carbine. Thanks, Dan.
Thanks Guy

Neat firearm.
Thanks brother man
Pricey, but cool
Nice gun. Too heavy and pricey for me, especially after having to put the add-ons into the equation.
Thanks Z7
Finally a Cool firearm 😊

Wow , a MP5 on steroids !! Love it !! 💯

I call it the Draco MP5

Thanks for the feedback Believe
accuracy dead on at 50yrd with a brace and a holosun
Bear defense 😂
Why are we seeing a gun that is not being shot...what is the point?????????????????
Slap?
A little bit

Doesn't seem user friendly to me and too heavy.

$1800? Hard pass.....
