The memories this trip brings back. So good guys! You did wheel bearings, we pulled into the Pink Roadhouse with a broken front stub axle! Spent 7 days waiting for parts to arrive. It's a rite of passage 🙏
Great viewing Karstan & Maxine! Just watched on my 65” TV, a better way to go than the iPad 😂😂 Glad I’ve got my HEMA Australia Road & 4WD Atlas to follow your adventures! Can’t wait for the next episode.
excellent episode guys, loved the yabby's on the open fire thanks for showing us how. And Karstan you've got the moves man! Max is looking gorgeous being prego agrees with her!
Finally confirmed - from Newcastle! Thought I knew the former house/street area. I have a friend in Newcastle who is a Kombi tragic - has been for 40 years. I'm giving him your UA-cam series to watch. Keep plugging on.
You guys are a great team. Keep your spirits up, your doing great and that little girl is a champion. Mount Dare is the most isolated pub in Australia.
Guys I'm loving your videos i discovered them a couple of days ago and I'm binge watching my way through them. I'm stuck in a rainy town called Blackpool England and i have a couple of kombis myself, a 1960 split window and a1968 bay. I love the way you guys are living your best life, I'm so jealous keep you the good work, and stay safe.
Can't wait to take our van out. Granted not as old as yours but if yours can do it I have hope for ours. Love the vids. Great watch. Enjoying everyone,🤟🤟
Watching all your videos Absolute cracka content. Reminds me of my younger days in the late 80s pretty much did wat your doing but in a valiant ute with a 245 hemi .are the days .keep it up great stuff
Hey guys, one thing that made our trip though outback NSW/VIC/SA so enjoyable was Geocaching. You discover so many fun things and most are no more than 200m from the road. Should help the little one a bit also with bit of entertainment, stretch the legs and also helps you to slow down and appreciate everything instead of just going from point a to point b.
I sit here with a smile on my face every time I watch you guys. Watching Zuri swim is a delight and brings back so many memories from when I taught my sons to swim. Keep up the great videos! P.S. The "Terrible 2s" are nothing. Its the freaking 3s you will really learn are the worst. On the bright side it gets better after that. Well at least until they morph into teenagers that is
@truebluetravellers put me on to you guys, smashed the OKA series so far, now watching the combi stuff, loving it. I'm guessing you lifted your rig to fit the wheels & looking at the half shaft angle😁 brilliant content guys thanks for sharing 👍
I travelled out to Mt Dare on 24/4 to recover a vehicle and camper trailer broken down, the Oodnadatta to mt dare rd was good till Hamilton then was slippery after that, but only for 6kms then was firm there after. Dpti closed the rd behind me so I had to go out via new crown, finke to Kulgera, and back to marla, what a day! then i heard on news of all the travellers stuck between William Creek and Oodnadatta, I was lucky.
Make sure you get back to the Painted Desert one day, it wasone of the highlights of my outback trip years ago (Flinders, Oodnadatta, Uluru, Katajuta, Kings Canyon, Finke Gorge, Old Andado, Simpson etc)
You Guys are killing it , Ive had several Kombis , a 74, 75 and a 77 . Definitely go anywhere , especially with the bigger wheels / I had 15' on mine , looks like you have too. I realise you have to play it safe but you would get it though almost anything. Get yourself a winch if you havent already , dosent need to be big, with a snatch block and plenty of line, use dynema its very light. Thanks for sharing your experiences , maybe slow down a bit, put a limit on how many ks a day you do.
Very inspiring guys. Can you do a walkaround of your rig explaining your technical upgrades. I always liked the vw van i never realized they were so rugged.
Have only just found your channel, u 3 r absolutely crazy, luv it though. Will need to binge some of your Ep’s. Awesome content & editing, keeping it totally real, cheers 🍻
loved the attitude, loved the smiles, loved the adventure, loved the vid.. ive done the finke, when the race was on in a ranger, not sure about a combi.
Bloody magic vid guys. I'll be following your tracks in 3 weeks. Got me all fired up and feel like leaving tomorrow 😂 Gotta check out the river you had a swim in and find that human eating creature 🤣🤣
So sorry about the drone, but shit I laughed as it was very funny as captured on the video !. Really enjoying your adventures/travels. Enjoy and stay safe !!
Loved all 42 minutes of that!! Spewing that you guys didn’t get to get up to the Painted Desert. I hope you get your drone up and running. The camera still works so maybe it just needs some bush mechanics to re-mount it back on❤️🩹 Hey, killer action shot you got though and beside the crash we love the drone skills. looking forward to the next one team 💯🙌🏼
Love your videos and the places you’re taking the kombi 🤙 ps would love a map view or the route you took as we’re thinking of heading to Alice springs from the Gold Coast
Hi really great work and also you guys have proven that you need to have all pro gears to live your dreams and love your van logo can you let me know wher to get that logo thanks keep rocking 😊
Amazing adventure guys!! and awesome van! How many times you reckon the LSD has got you out of trouble? keep it up! one day we'll do the same with out 2WD!👏🏽👏🏽

@@KarstanAndMaxine yes especially through some of those bogholes. Having spent most of my time in remote area in emergency services I have seen some bad outcomes of speed/road conditions and it isn’t pretty

I love how Karstan just sends it haha! Best travel videos by far!
The both of you are a good team. One thing people do is to collect stickers from each town you go to.
We do that 👌🏻
