The crust folding up the side should be melted cheese lace. They used to do it right but the last one I bought looked just like this I even asked for well done and it was barely cooked. Should be much darker but water from the vegetables prevents the pizza from cooking properly. I actually clicked on the video just to see if theyre doing it to other people might need to ask for cheese on top and well done with extra sauce on the side then dump that on top! lol

Thanks for letting me know! As you saw, this was my first ever Detriot Deep Dish. If Little Ceasers used to make it right, I wonder why they changed it? If I ever get out to Detroit, I will need to try the real thing for perspective. 😋
