Nice content, idk how I got here lol I'm from Paraná, Brasil and I literally drink cha mate everyday since I was a little child, I'm drinking some rn while working, infact. Loose leaves are really better than the bags, maybe because its not so fine, with some sticks and all, but to be fair, the quality of the brand went a bit down after coca cola bought it, especially with its canned teas. I usually make 2 litters and let it cool down, I put the leaves on the water and bring it almost to a boil before turning it off and leaving there to cool, but there is not much secret in brewing it even tho boiling it makes it spoil faster, I add the juice of a lime and no sugar. Fun fact my mom's last name is Matte, as she says "kill with two T's", but usually to refere to the drink we normally call it just chá but there is a pun in there for sure, usually they call "mate" the chimarrão which is the brewing of the green mate leaves, drank with the straw called bomba (bombilla in spanish). Its a very soulfull beverage I'm also lucky to share with my mom

yea touch of naples is probally the best pizza in the area never had a bad pie from there and yes they do have huge slices

The crust folding up the side should be melted cheese lace. They used to do it right but the last one I bought looked just like this I even asked for well done and it was barely cooked. Should be much darker but water from the vegetables prevents the pizza from cooking properly. I actually clicked on the video just to see if theyre doing it to other people might need to ask for cheese on top and well done with extra sauce on the side then dump that on top! lol
