I just finished watching this. I missed it when it came out originally. That was a great interview. I’m an old guy, but like Tom, I came here from Canada, and the things that he spoke about regarding that, and his feelings about America, just made me realize that he and I have a lot in common. I love this country, and I loved it long before I came here, and it’s hard watching the way things are going down right now. I got behind DJT the minute he announced he was running, not because he was Republican, but because he wasn’t a politician, and growing up seeing him being interviewed throughout my life, I always agreed with him on his conclusions, whatever topic they were talking about. I knew he was going to make a difference. This album they are talking about releasing is the first rap album I have ever bought. God bless America 🇺🇸!

I’ve never seen Tom look so happy for that long, consistently.. know what I mean ? He was smiling from ear to ear throughout the entire interview . His cheeks probably b hurting today…mine are just by watching him lol. He never once stopped smiling. Adam, looking effin amazing as always, but also looked like he was gonna vomit. Lol. That’s not a dis i LOVE Adam, I was just legit concerned during the first half of that.
Great interview though. I’m glad they were able to get that chance to clear a lot of shit up. (Not like the haters heard any of the sense they were making)
But I even learned something. Did y’all know that stuff about Tom and Nova not being on the same page when it comes to a lot of their beliefs? I think I remember him saying that a lot of things he talks about in his music, she doesn’t completely agree with, and some she is just flat out against. He specifically mentioned abortion… which is a topic that I don’t think people ever really change their minds about. NOT EVERYONE of course, I don’t wanna be getting death threats again for not specifying that I am not referring to 100% of the population just the majority. . people change their minds and beliefs all the time. Just saying that in MY own opinion, abortion is one of those things that pple are USUALLY either on one side or the other… and they stay there. I just think it’s so awesome that Tom literally just proved that he does practice what he preaches. They have different fundamental beliefs systems on some extremely heavy topics and it does not sour their relationship in any way. We CAN all be friends, even though we don’t think the same. Better yet, we don’t have to HATE each other because we think differently. That was some real shit.
Anyway, I’m curious if any of y’all ever heard them talk about that before. cuz Tom seemed for real SHOCKED that Lara knew anything about it at all.

Both of these men are good honest to goodness patriots (regardless that Tom is Canadian) Adam loves this country because he was born with the freedom that is inherent for ALL of America's citizens. Tom loves America because he understands how important freedom is. Freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of choice. How can it get any better than this?

I still don't understand why interviews don't prepare for this delay ahead of time (in case it happens, always default to interviewer, or something. Even news channels have this issue with everything being remote).

I found tom music when the first Pandemic got started and became major fan of his music.
I turned 45 in January and tom is in his 30s.
As I learned more about tom through interviews like this I started to consider him like younger brother because he is not only a raw and honest musician but he great person my fiancee gets into his music as well.

I found these guys about 4 weeks ago. I've since picked up all of Tom's solo albums and some of the collabs, including The Brave, and that's all I've been listening to. My wife and 17 yr old son are just as hooked as I am. His message is beautiful and powerful, and incredibly inspiring. Together with Adam, Nova and Tom are opening people's eyes to the true darkness in the world and courageously shining a light on it, for all to see. Thanks to Tom I've liked rap music for the first time in my life (I'm 46)...I got my family hooked on his music & I haven't listened to any "mainstream" artists since I found him, only independent artists for the past year...You should check out Burden & Samson...they are also patriotic independent artists.

Been listening to Tom since the Dear Rappers video (2018) which was the first viral video he had, and I'm still listening constantly. I look forward to a new song and video almost every two weeks. I barely listen to anything else because the content and messages are the same as every other artist and it's all trash. The message and content matters. It effects the way people think, this has been proven time and time again in psychology.
The shine hasn't worn off in 4 years, it's stronger than ever. And a couple million+ feel the same way. Just my take. It may have for you, or maybe you never got into him, and that's cool. He's not for everyone.
I've shared them with everyone , most are musicians, they all love it, One band is working on a cover.. and me and a few are working on Karaoke versions..
Most of us who have found Tom have gone through the same thing. I found him over a year ago. I hope you are also enjoying some of his non-political music. I’m a 66 year old conservative woman who has never in my life listened to or appreciated rap, and Tom has taught me to appreciate the art and lyrical talent. I pretty much was addicted to listening to his songs AND all the reactors. I get so much moe insight from the reactors, especially ones like Flawdzilla. So happy you found him.
Tom and Adam hit the nail on the head with where society has failed. “The minority on both sides have the loudest voices.” and “We should be able to disagree and hey, you wanna go get something to eat”! This is by far one of the most down to earth interviews with a very clear perspective.

IMO if I had to choose my favorite song from the Brave album, it would have to be (In God we trust) I mean the message in that song is amazing, honest, & things that need to be said & addressed. Even in just the hook it says so much in only a few lines, which are so true & facts." Keep it up guys, this for sure is one of the best things to open more eyes & ears to hear. I really wished that people in our country would see & realize our Government has/had been separating us from each other for decades.

When I went to Afghanistan and talked to my wife here in the states, I had to tell her to stop watching the news. Great interview. I have listened to Calhoun, Jones, and Upchurch. Love their music. This new project (McDonald & Calhoun) I first heard on Pandora which led to me listening to this video. I’m impressed with both of their insights and views. Very interesting. They speak from a perspective that is often unheard of in this musical genre (rap, hip hop) and the nation. That is solid White Men expressing their ideas of life from a non urban viewpoint. It is needed. It should unify if people are “hearing” what they are saying. Nothing separatist about what they are saying. Keep up the great work guys. Great interview Lara. And yes, I’m a different culture.

Toms spits some of the best bars I’ve ever heard in my opinion and then Adam, where do I even begin with that man? Everything about him is so stinking attractive. Mostly his personality and the way he holds himself. Beyond attractive and then of course, something about his voice that’s powerful & demands this presence while also being humble and I don’t know, pure. The man is the epitome of a good ol’ American boy who’s sorta this Jack of all trades and I’ve always been attracted to men like that.
