Missing Time: The Bizarre Disappearance Of Gia Fuda
Вставка
- Опубліковано 9 чер 2023
- This video is about the disappearance of Gia Fuda. We're revisiting this case that occurred in 2020 because there is more to it than anyone previously knew. The new details don't make the case any less strange but rather raise questions about missing people and mental health. I'm also glad we had a chance to visit the location where this all happened. The Cascades are an extraordinary place.

We can only hope that Gia find this video, and are in a better place today, willing to speak to you and tell her story. That would have been awesome
Hey homes,Christin was talking about after the car ran out of gas,and was looking for a footbridge,to cross the highway.
TheMissingEnigma....when traveling in the area she was found did you happen to see Bigfoot? just curious.😉😉🤣🤣😂😂 and yes I do believe in Bigfoot.
My thought is this was a manic episode. It happened to me once…I just felt a need to drive, pulled into a campground and proceeded to hike up into the far off hills. Fortunately I ran into some other hikers who were concerned about me and convinced me to go back down with them.
I’m on medication and stable now. I can’t tell you a clear reason for why I did it. I just felt like walking, and it seemed reasonable at the time.
I'm glad those other hikers were concerned for your well being.
I’m glad to hear you are doing better with medication. Blessings your way 🙏
Surviving in the wilderness without shit ........Les Stroud would be fascinated
I've done this once... manic episode... I'm on lithium now... Probably saved my life
Sounds like Forest Gump. I just felt like walking
I think most people who move around these unsolved case circles underestimate how quickly a manic episode or other similar event can make a person go from their usual behaviour to completely unrecognisable and incomprehensible within just a few days. It would appear that only those who've seen it happen to someone close to them are aware of how common this is and how rapidly it escalates.
It's America, mental health here is poorly understood. We only care about weapons and oil.
So true. I’ve seen it myself several times. Was married to someone with severe manic episodes for 13 years. It’s hard to explain it. Like you said… unless you’ve seen it and been thru it with a loved one you can’t understand.
Yep, this is especially true when you add in lack of sleep and food.
Her sad remberance of her sister after that many years was leading to a manic depressive instance and God I pray her family sought professional help.
Mental health break, a temporary meltdown, a burn out, psychosis or depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, even insomnia etc might be connected to many, many disappearances.. even if they didn't mean to disappear, they might have just wandered off and gotten lost.. it's really sad.
And wearing masks wasn't helping either.
@@travisn346 Masks? What do they have to do with anything?
@@einienj3281they contribute to social isolation, lack of communication and hide facial expression.
@@travisn346 Just like beards
Agreed. Another common thing to understand is that late onset schizophrenia can occur in peoples’ twenties or even later. That could be one of many factors for why people disappear into the woods.
You seem to respect people, the truth, life, and truly care about the content you’re making more than any other “mystery” UA-camr I’ve seen out there. You’re an inspiration to me! Thank you. I appreciate you.

@@cyclone8974 Agreed, that's what turns me off a lot of true crime channels. Making jokes about situations where people have been killed.

It always blows my mind when you eventually bring up that you actually went to the location to do some filming. I was like no way he's done it again 😂. You're on a roll, I love your work.
Honestly, any excuse to visit the Cascades is a good excuse. It's incredibly beautiful in that area. The Cascade rail tunnel's west portal is about a half mile from where her car was abandoned. I used to drive up there to take photos of trains coming out of the tunnel. It's just a gorgeous place!
I dont understand? Why wouldn't you want to travel. This area looks unbelievable
I’d be very curious to know what Gia was saying to the Chalet owners. Did she deny taking the the Bigfoot keychains? Did she even realize she was stealing?
Gia was clearly having a manic episode during this ordeal and I hope she is getting the help she needs. I am also assuming that is why she changed her social media presence later, to give her a chance to get better and start again.
My thoughts exactly.
I don’t think she was clueless bc she changed her appearance (bright red shirt) was not on.
@@_nick_d sometimes people think others are chasing them when they become manic. Changing appearance doesn’t mean she was willfully or knowingly stealing on its own. I’m not disagreeing with you either, but making sense of erratic behavior is difficult or impossible. As I said before, I really hope she gets the help she needs.
@@_nick_d Or she just got hot and took her sweatshirt off? It's not that deep
Feel bad for the chalet owners hope they got the $$ for the merchandise.
My son, who is bipolar, was backpacking with us and became manic, decided that the trees were getting greener and therefore that’s where we needed to go…to find water. He took off, and with other family members to take care of, we couldn’t follow his delusion. A long night without him and a long story short, his brother found him the following day, but OMG. I feel for that girl and what she went through and glad she was ok, but mental illness and alone in the woods is scary for any person experiencing it and also for the family that loves them.
Woah woah woah... so you knew he was having a moment and just let him take off?
@@scrapelifeQ45 They stated that they couldn't follow him due to having other family members to take care of. It's right above your comment if you wanna, you know, read it.
@@Natef89 No really? I never would've imagined. Just letting them go and worrying about it later shouldn't be an option.

As someone who's always been fascinated by missing persons cases, i deeply appreciate your channel as one of the only ones that attempts to fully investigate these cases in a logical manner rather than assume supernatural causes from the start. Some of these cases can't be explained, and may never be explained, but you provide information that I believe is crucial in better understanding why people end up in these situations and how better to approach them when information is sparse.
I am constantly recommending this channel to people. Especially to those that are still on the missing 411 , and it’s writers , train. I just want people interested in the subject to know that at least in some of these cases things aren’t as mysterious as they have been formerly presented by others. Not when you actually have all the facts .
Missing 411 author makes clear only a small % fit into those 411 cases
@@deanfirnatine7814 he also knowingly lies
I have found it interesting that since you have started your channel, you have never received an apology or a reply from that channel. But I’m beginning to realize is that there is quite an ego involved. And according to recent developments, his ego is now as big as all outdoors. this is sad because I love his content, but I enjoy very much finding out that there is more, another side to the story, (thanks to you). He doesn’t seem to realize it yet. He apparently has bigger fish to fry.
@@jeffknetzer856 DP is more into his 'politics'. I've seen quite a few people state they left his channel cause he couldn't keep his political view out of it. He actually claimed he would never talk politics a while back.
@@deerichardz I’m one of them. I’m definitely not right wing but even if I was, I would not want to watch David P. give me his version of the news . I love that he claims it’s all facts. He doesn’t say anything but the facts. And when I still sub to his channel I watched a few of those episodes when he first started rambling on about current events and even in those episodes several times I heard him say he got this information from a friend that he trusts that’s not facts. That’s opinions . I guess at the end of the day there are literally thousands of places to get your news. Right or left wing. I would rather hear the same things said by the professionals. Not the author of some missing people books.

That is something that I often see people disregard. People sometimes just do things. You can't assume foul play every time someone does something "not logical" when they get lost. Mental health issues or not.
Exactly. I have pretty severe mental health issues and have had several manic episodes, and some of the stuff I did makes no sense to even me, even though I’m the one who did them!
It reminds me of how people think they know why an author wrote something and the meaning behind it. There is a funny Southpark episode on it.
@@SyntheticManiacNo, different person.
The audio on the parents' interview is really quiet.
This case should be cited for a lot of unsolved disappearances; the only difference here is that they found Gia and thus could *prove* that she was having a mental health issue when she got lost. Not that "mental issues" are the answer for absolutely everything, but a lot of humans react to their life falling apart/new onset of a mental disorder by wanting to isolate themself, and the woods are great for that...
This is a little speculation on my part, but given that the summer of 2020 was already a strange time due to the pandemic, it's possible that it got Gia thinking about her sister and just hit a depressive spiral of some sort. I was also living in Washington when this happened and even was in the area just 3 days before her disappearance. I think a lot of us were feeling a mental strain from the uncertainty of the times. Just happy that she was found and hopefully is doing well these days.
I thought of that too, I like his description of a fugue state. I am sure much more help and love has come her way. Privately thankfully.
Yeah - I don’t know why he didn’t mention that this was the height of COVID, seems like pretty important context here.
@@asmodiusjones9563 Because that takes away from the fact people just have episodes sometimes because of something going on inside, not the world around them. Just because it was during that time period does not mean it had anything to do with this. Correlation does not imply causation.

I tried using this story to drift back to sleep after waking up in the wee hours this morning, but got too interested in it to let go!
So glad Gia was found alive
I totally remember when this happened. I was following the news. Weren't a lot of people skeptical about her story and at least, at first, people thought she was lying? I remember searchers saying she couldn't have survived the way she did on just berries and river water. They believed she had to have food and water. I thought people were thinking she "disappeared" on purpose and it was done for attention. Still lots of question, but glad she's ok. Another great video TME, you never disappoint.
All you need is water.

He did say that there were salmon berries and huckleberries nearby. She might have eaten those to get by.
All that matters is she is safe.
I don’t understand the suspicions she was gone for less than a week had access to moisture and water as well as food via what was around her. I am honestly glad she didn’t die from eating something poisonous or got hurt as that would seriously lower her chances. Glad she was found and is getting the help she needs now
I got really sick once and wasn't taking good care of myself. My potassium levels dropped super low and that totally messed me up physically and mentally. It was astonishing at how rapidly it happened and put me in a place where I couldnt take care of myself and just got rapidly worse and worse. I wonder if something similar happens in these cases.
I believe micronutrient deficiencies are responsible for many, if not most mental health cases, but it’s something that’s just overlooked. What’s even worse is the drugs used to treat mental health disorders also cause micronutrient deficiencies.
@@rockstarofredondo so true, and I agree with both of you. ❤😊
@@rockstarofredondo
B-vitamins play a key role in mental stability.
Thiamine (Vitamin B-1) is used in converting carbs to energy. High carb intake can deplete your thiamine level. Alcohol, teas, and raw fish consumption can also deplete thiamine. Low thiamine can cause all kinds of neurological problems (confusion, restlessness, ataxia, etc). This is just one example of a micronutrient deficiency as you suspect (and I agree).
@@LilFella67 preach! You can actually become permanently brain-damaged and even die from b vitamin deficiencies if it gets bad enough. Shamefully, these deficiencies are very common, probably mostly due to high-carb modern diets as you mentioned, but almost never looked for in routine medical exams. Keep spreading the word!
@@rockstarofredondo
I agree with you wholeheartedly. Other factors that can lead to vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, etc) deficiencies are eating Vegan, having Crohn’s, irritable bowel disease, colitis, pancreatitis, being an alcoholic, having gastric bypass surgery just to list a few. Taking a B-Complex may not be sufficient in the cases listed above but it’s a start. Here’s to our path to better health.
My buddy Ricky was lost in the Wallowa Whitman mountains in Eastern Oregon for 2 weeks in the worst weather possible. Had a schizophrenic break or something. I must have cleared over 100 miles looking for him, until my feet bled. The entire Baker County Rescue Team and Sheriff K9.... he was in sweat pants and a white t when he walked out, discovered we broke his car window so he got in his car and got some clothes and went to sleep. They were calling off the search that day.😂 stressful 😅 he shouldn't have made it. I was geared up and cold. The sleet like rain made everything treacherous.
The Wallowa's is no place to get lost, the terrain and weather make the Cascades look mild
@@deanfirnatine7814 yeah he basically walked bare foot from cornucopia peek too the upper part of Indian crossing, on the Imnaha River, and back. There was snow still on the peaks. He said he crossed the river and almost died. Spring run off. He slept on that side of the river for 3 days and snapped out of his dementia and ate a couple morel mushrooms and started looking for where he was. He started down that bank for a day and almost made it to Indian crossing campground and decided he better go back to the way he'd come from. He didn't want to get more lost. I'd love for you to make an entire video on paradoxical undressing. I find the topic absolutely fascinating, especially with people who should be aware of the phenomenon and should be able to try to resist it
That’s not how it works unfortunately. Once you’re at that point in hyperthermia you’re not thinking rationally. People take their clothes off because it feels like your skin is burning.
It’s a very good thing that authorities didn’t give up searching for her , it’s seems rare nowadays that lost people are found alive . It’s nice to hear that she was found and I hope she recovers quickly from whatever got into her mind .
I hope she’s doing ok. So glad she was found. Definitely a miracle. Deep respect to the SAR teams and LE.
Well did anyone go back and pay for the Bigfoot keychains?
Heh, I was wondering if the ones found on the trail were returned.
Her parents might have paid for them, or at least offered, after seeing her take them on the store's video.
@@thurayya8905I'm pretty sure that guy was just joking. Who cares about some corny keychains? Especially in comparison to a human life. Pretty sure if your child vanished, you wouldn't be thinking of some keychains that were probably a couple of bucks a piece. Come on
You can certainly understand why someone at a low point mentally or emotionally would want to go to a place so peaceful. Most people romanticize these types of places without realizing just how dangerous they can actually be. Truly is a miracle that young lady survived out there that long. I hope the younger generation gets some experience outdoors and puts down all the social media which is a huge factor in the rise of depression, anxiety and other disorders in my opinion. Stay safe everyone! Thanks for this video and the awareness you're bringing to people. 👍

This channel is so good. I was huge M411 fan but now that I’m hearing more of the facts, I’m starting to understand these cases better and that they have more rational explanations. And that mental health (and addiction and recovery as in several other cases) does appear to play a larger role than presented in M411.
Excellent follow-up on this strange missing person case. I'm glad she was safely found. Thanks for sharing!
Your videos on missing people are by far the best on UA-cam. It appears others want there to be some paranormal reason so they are unable to think otherwise. Your videos have really changed my mind about 411 cases. People do mysteriously disappear and we do not know why in some cases. There is no evidence that its paranormal.
It's obvious you haven't listened to the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of cases going back hundreds of years where people disappear without a trace. Some are out of sight for mere seconds. Hundreds of searchers, dogs, helicopters.
Not a trace.
Sometimes the is a logical explanation. I've seen a few on this channel where the people were found. But then to say that that means the other thousands of cases that remain unsolved must have a simple explanation is really naive.
I've been listening to all of these channels for YEARS.
You really only know a small amount about this subject.
I see people with similar comments.
You don't know enough to know that you don't know.

I live in Redmond, Washington and have been up on highway 2 toward Steven's Pass many times. It is cold at night winter or summer. So glad she was found alive. I think there were many people praying for her safe return! God knows how to find the lost!
There is something about this story I find totally "off." I don't know exactly what it is; but throughout the entire video, I never lost the feelings that things are being hidden. It's just my thoughts. Another great video. You are the best at what you do.
A lot of people believed it was some kind of hoax from the beginning.
The chalet interaction needed more, they didn't explain what the owners followed her to her car for or what was said there... it seemed odd.
People still don’t want to share mental illnesses issues there is still a stigma and the MI want to deny it. And families do too.
I love your videos so much, seriously. They’re so fascinating and you always present information in such a respectful and articulate manner.
Credit to the searchers for not giving up and locating her. That area is very familiar to me as my son and I made many visits there over several years to explore the area and view railroad trains exiting and entering the west portal of the Cascade Tunnel, which is only a few hundred feet from the place her car was found. The terrain there is challenging and the girl is very lucky to have survived.
I have went a LONG time without food, but water clearly saved her while almost risking her life because someone who is wet and cold at night could easily have gotten sick or hypothermic. I do hope she went to a mental health physician and explored what happened as it could happen again very easily. I also wish that the owners at the big foot bodega type place would have done an interview to explain what their interaction with her was. Was she confused or was she aggressive or just unaware of her surroundings? The way her messages read reminds me of a girl I knew in college who did too many hallucinogens too often and would send people bizarre semi aggressive messages or take a sun chair and put it in the middle of campus where people drove and wear her snowboarding goggles while in a bikini and would only eat ketchup out of bowls in the cafeteria. She seemed to always be confused about things while actively being defiant in regards to her needing help.
This is another possibility, she could have used drugs without her family ever knowing it.
I hope that person you described got the help they needed
from a different thread:
@betterl8thannvr
so I did talk to the owners today. An interesting bit of detail, the video mentions that she appears to walk down a trail, but the actual public trail is on the other end of the chalet parking lot. Where Gia walked was actually down a ravine behind the parking lot towards the owners' house. While she was back there, she picked up a garden tool and smashed a bench that they had back there. She then started picking up other garden tools and setting them down very neatly arranged next to each other. The owners are very sweet people and don't seem to harbor any ill will about the incident, but are curious how Gia is doing these days.
she pretended she didnt know what the shop owner was talking about
God damn, you’re a fuckin baddie 😘
Reasoning the phenomena of a missing person going upwards when in a terrain that has such topography may be more along the lines of trying to find a vantage point...
Thank you for your wonderful videos highlighting such important subject matter.
Exactly. I've done it, trying to see farther, or trying to get a cell signal.
She’s blessed to be alive…really.
Wow, I cannot count the number of times that I've stopped at that Chalet coffee stand on my way to Leavenworth from Seattle. And because I know just how much of a cheerful and inviting place the Chalet is, it makes seeing that footage of Gia and how she was acting there all the more a chilling story for me. I applaud you for the way that you research these cases and especially for the sensitivity you show toward those who may be suffering through a mental health episode. Your follow up on this case is greatly appreciated.
I'm SHOCKED ive never heard of this case, I must have missed the old video. I've been to the Chalet dozens of times, up Beckler river, all over hwy2 and the pass. It's so easy to get so lost. It sounds like she was not in the right mental state and simply wandered off. Im amazed they found her alive, wow. Nearly all of the cases like this end up and bone fragments years down the line.
I've heard Gia's story several times but for some reason never realized it occurred on Steven's Pass outside Seattle. Im very familiar with this beautiful area and have camped and hiked there many times. Glad you got to experience it for yourself. Great update. Thanks a bunch🌟🌟🌟
Scary hearing this story. A few years ago I had a severe depressive episode. My Dad was dying, my GF left me for someone else and I became an addict and this happened to me in my 40’s - it seemed odd to me to get a drug/drinking habit at that age.
Anyway, I wasn’t right and I knew it. I would attempt to exercise a lot to pass the time oddly enough, I would mountain bike for hours on end.
One morning before a ride, I was speaking with a friend and they noted I wasn’t coherent. They called the cops for a wellness check and I was put in a psych ward. I was there for 3 days and I don’t think it was necessary BUT I did lose my mind for a bit. Not as bad as Gia but I wasn’t right. It can happen to any of us.
I think back to that time in my life (3 years ago) and can’t believe I acted that way. Weird
Not so weird!...The human mind needs structure, routine, etc in order to work effectively. Your structure and routines were very disrupted. Glad you got better.
I think most people experience an episode of some kind in their life. Most of us get through it and go on. Some need help.
Once again, you've done an incredible job of giving us the UNBIASED facts . Please continue on your mission to provide viewers with such educated and informative breakdowns of these cases. You're one of, if not the best at what you do man.

I have been a fan of your channel for some time. I don’t know if your fans can appreciate the amount of time, work, diligence and in some cases sheer determination you put into these investigations, but it’s a LOT. As a former police investigator I am amazed and very impressed. I salute you sir. Excellent work. I hope you keep it up.
One of the reasons “odd behavior” isn’t always initially reported when people go missing is that often times fewer people show up to search and searches are often called off earlier when this is known. Sad but true. The assumption being an adult chose to take off or go off and commit suicide. Most SAR members are volunteer. Also, and not saying that this is the case here, but strange and and weird things can also happen to those experiencing mental health issues. It can make it harder to figure out obviously.

My husband's uncle started acting very strangely out of nowhere once. He kept trying to eat his watch. Turned out it was an electrolyte imbalance. The doc straightened that out and he was instantly back to normal. That happened to a man that was eating and drinking regularly, so just imagine the state of mind a person could be in after wandering lost without food or water. People so often try to analyze the behavior of the lost from a point of logic and reason when the person was actually acting without either.
Yes, that would be a case of missing time.. Good thing he didn't set upon the grandfather clock.
Thank you so much for this update. I was kinda hoping that you were going to interview the shop owners and the barista (if available). I was wondering what was said, and how Gia appeared to those who interacted with her. I have no sense of direction, or more accurately, my internal compass seems to be backwards. I can get turned around very easily, so I can only imagine being in some sort of fugue, or even just being dehydrated or emotionally upset in addition to wandering off in an unfamiliar place. It would be so easy to get lost in all that vast wilderness. I am glad that she was found, and hope that she is receiving all the love and care she needs to move forward with her life in joy. I agree, there must hundreds of other cases where there was some sort of emotional instability or mental illness component that may have affected a person getting lost.
I am currently doing some personal exploration on Tonga Ridge, which Surprise Creek drains from. I have found a bunch of different small ponds, lakelets, and tarns on Google Earth that I am trying to reach for a photo essay. This is the headwater area, and the place Gia was found is about 2,000 feet of elevation below where i am exploring. This being said, she was in a place that was very steep, rugged, and overgrown with salmon berry bushes, which have nasty little thorns covering them, and tend to be especially thick around water sources (i.e. the creek bed). Once in the creek, it would have been easiest for her to stay in it. HOWEVER, from the description, it is quite amazing she did not succumb to hypothermia. It is, after all, direct snowmelt. And no shoes...... She would have been truly stuck once she lost them. It is hard enough to keep your footing with shoes on, but no shoes? Well, that is only two more things that add to the oddness of all of this.... A strange case, indeed...
What a beautiful area! She’s very lucky to be found. I agree, I believe her mental state had a part in this bazaar case. I’m happy there was a positive outcome and I hope that she is in a much better place, mentally, these days. Great coverage, you never disappoint!
The common thread with a lot of these cases seems to be that sometimes people wander off into the woods for reasons they don’t understand.
That's one of my favorite places on earth. I'm so glad she was found, she was clearly in a state of distress, and I hope she is doing better now.
Best Missing Researcher. Thorough, rigorous and balanced when it comes to speculation.
I'm glad she was found safe, amazing how she doesn't recall missing for several days and nights...she definitely had some kind of mental breakdown... I hope she's doing well today.
I’m so glad I found your channel which is one of the best on YT. You’re logical, thorough and I especially appreciate when you go to the scenes so we can see for ourselves the environment. This makes a big difference in how we imagine what might have happened.
I appreciate your channel. You are respectful and kind while diving into the details.
I'm not joking when I say you're my favorite UA-camr that covers disappearances. I think you're great. 💜
I love how he embraces rational explanations
Go watch the video, in slow motion, in the area where the surveillance video is, pinch and zoom, and it looks like she takes her phone out and uses her phone while she's in line. She also talks to the guy in front of her in line. And is wearing a lot of stuff around her neck including having her large purse which is open with her. In the parking lot you can see that she gets her phone out again, I can see at least once, if not twice, but at her car, she takes her phone out of her hoodie, where she put it in her hoodie when she was in line. It looks like she takes a selfie before she gets in the car. I wonder who she was talking to.
I wonder if that's the fear factor talk, preparing to do something risky? Like theft?
I wonder if she thought they were coming after her, maybe even police, who knows what they said to her, rightly so... But, she may have been fleeing from the scene, until running out of gas. But afraid to get help from police for her theft episode... She started going up hill for a cell signal to call for help. You didn't mention if there's a signal in that area. Would be great info. After climbing for a signal, she got lost or thought she'd lay low.
She might think admitting this would turn her from victim to criminal. Idk. I could be wrong, this is just a thought.
Consider all the car chases where the criminal Exists the disabled car and heads to the woods to escape... The pattern is exactly the same. Just another thought.
Praise God for the wonderful search and rescue team! & that she was found safe!!
You continue to be the most thorough, and my favorite, of all the missing persons channels out there. You go into the important details that so many other channels intentionally leave out to make it seem more mysterious. Thank you for doing what you do
Thankyou for the update on this story. I really appreciate how thorough you are with your stories😊
Very good video and I think that your anaylsis is spot on. So many of the "Missing Persons" videos leave out key pieces of info to make the stories seem more sensational. She obviously has mental health issues and needs counseling or treatment. Thank you for looking at these stories objectively.
Great video as always. My favorite channel by far, much love; God bless!
Thank you for researching this story. News coverage was dropped once she was found. Left us with so many unanswered questions. I assumed it was a familily or boyfriend problem. Yes, its personal but it was all over the news. We'll never know it all. Was also deep into covid which put many people over the top. Thank you!
This has always been one of the most interesting cases imo. You did an excellent job digging for the details that where needed. Well done.
I also have Bipolar and it sounds like she had a manic episode. It happens often. Bipolar is a struggle your born with. Incurable and it's for life. That alone is a huge hit to the soul. Every day is a struggle. The older you get the better you deal with it because you know what's happening next. Hard to explain, but I'm now 50 and I usually know what's going to happen during the first start of a high or low.
Gia's missing time is curious. With her dwelling on the death of her stepsister it's possible she had a fugue state. Many an avenue to explore. An intriguing follow up. Thanks Mr. Kyle
I graduated from Fugue State...with honors! lol

Thanks for this man and for highlighting mental health, it's totally misunderstood and is often ignored and is scary when it happens to you, as the case of this young girl shows. Thanks again you have a wonderful truthful channel and long may you continue with these important stories of the missing, God bless.
I see one u launch a video and instantly my day gets better. Ur channel is a instant watch
I am obsessed with your work on this channel I only wish you put out a video every week or more. But I know doing a good job requires being thorough and requesting information from the government takes some time. Please carry on!
Always a pleasure to watch your videos
Always great to see the actual location of these incidents, big thanks!
Thank you for sharing this incredible story! Well done! So glad she was found unharmed!! I just came across your channel and I’m looking forward to more of your videos. and thanks so much for sharing the beautiful Cascades - what a breathtaking area 💖
Hey just want to take a second to thank the creative director of this channel, Nick. Nick was kind enough to answer a message personally that I sent him. I asked him for some advice and tips on my journey to become a fellow creator he was so kind and gracious with his time and really was super helpful. I just wanted to publicly thank him for his help.... Thanks dude your the shit! 😊
You're a class act. One of the best on YT.
Watching the well-deserved growth of this channel and the growth of your creativity and video making has been one of the most satisfying and uplifting experiences I’ve ever had on UA-cam.
There is so much more to this story. Your comprehensive retelling is leaving me with more questions. I see comments here mention a possible manic episode. Quite possibly. Thank you for another great video!
So she stole the row of key chains?
Yes exactly.
Another great video!! In these instances where the person isn’t found or found after their death, a lot of false assumptions are usually made or made up, should I say.
Your statement “The only one who knows is the Cascade mountains” Is true. Any other added information is just that, added, And mostly false. Thank you for your commitment to the truth in these incidents.
I really want to thank you for the valuable work you are doing, your channel is definitely the most thorough, informational, and the most entertaining.
Yay! This is my favorite missing persons channel. You really do the research. Keep it up!
Been loving the videos
This channel has become my favorite channel on UA-cam
Thank You for doing such a superbly detailed & informative job when presenting these cases. You always tell the absolute truth, you don't sugar coat or make weird, bizarre speculations. What a beautiful isolated scenic view, though - its gorgeous! Thank you, you are becoming one of my all-time favorite channels (and I'm picky! LOL)
This one has always intrigued me too! Thanks for covering it so thoroughly and for also pointing out the issues central (but often overlooked) to the event .
Love your videos man, especially the music and sounds
Great work again going on site to show us the location! Gia was very lucky especially that she went missing in Washington's beautiful mountain forests during a good time of year. A survivalist with knowledge of edible plants and self care could probably get by almost comfortably out there during the warm seasons. The lush Washington forests during late spring and summer are some of the few places on Earth that would offer relative safety to a lost person
Such a great channel, thank you and keep up the good work!
Another excellent video from an excellent channel. Thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism in producing such fascinating content. Warmest regards from England. Felix.
Gia's story proves being missing in the wilderness tricks one's mind.
Another interesting video. It would be interesting if at some point, you could show what its like to be in these settings at night. I grew up living in the Willamette National Forst (literally). Mostly, around Cougar Reservoir, along the South side of the Mckenzie River on the old logging roads, or around the Olallie Mountain area. The forest is a different place at night. At times, you literally can't see your hand in front of your face.
Great idea. The sounds are very different as well. I camped under the trees once, at night in the woods... I was terrified. Sounds were scary and something hitting my tent every now and then, but another sound like gun shots... All night. Close... In daylight I started laughing realizing it was a nut tree dropping nuts from way up high. 😂🌳🍂🤣
Thank you for covering this in such a caring and respectful manner. It is important to show the real human side of life.
You're doing amazing work.
I really needed a wholesome episode of TME with a good, conclusive ending. I hope that Gia is well and that her family is as well.
I’m grateful that she was found alive and is in a better state of mind now. I hope that this beautiful young woman finds her bliss and lives a fulfilling life.
Thank you fornyour work. I appreciate it! And your approach and coverage of this story.
