Yea, Wierd Al and MJ had a great relationship when it came to music. The only thing Jackson ever asked was that he not make a parody video of Black or White as he felt it's message was to important.
MJ was fully aware of this video clip rather due Yal asked him authorization to use the subway set he had mounted for the clip"Bad" before it was struck down.

and everytime something touches something, it goes, "SHAN-NAPP!"
I break up laughing at the part where he realizes his hand movements are making sounds and he stops for a few seconds and experiments with waving his hands around XD
That's Weird..I mean, Al!
The sheer amount of gags in this video are incredible. The ribbit as the crickets are chirping, the camera panning as they run, only for them to get tired and stop running, the sound effects, his feet popping up as he spins, the mouse trap, and so many more... This video is art.
Fun fact: The real Michael Jackson loved that song so much that he invited him to be in the Liberan Girl music video
This is what I call true parody. No need of rude words, just making pure fun. MJ's son Prince said that Michael laughed on it. That's success.
Apple Head I dont recall MJ having a son named Prince.
xxlCortez He's name is Prince Michael Jackson I.
Apple Head that's awesome
MJ signed off on both Eat It and Fat. He was amused by both of them. He actually CO-WROTE Eat It (true story)
The only thing I'm sad about is that MJ and Weird Al never completed the trifecta by making a parody called "Griller"

Weird Al is, quite honestly, one of the greatest talents in pop music.
The interesting thing I learned: Weird obtains the permission and also the copyrights of all the music he parodies. Here Michael Jackson gave him access to his sets to make the video look exactly the same. Just epic!
That's actually interesting and clarified something for me. I was watching his Parody of 'Beat It' and I could have sworn the set looks so accurate. I was thinking maybe I'm just imagining it. It was the bit where the gangs enter into the empty warehouse by lifting those huge sliding doors. It look exactly the same; I had no idea about Michael giving him permission to use the sets.
